The Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): Located in a private, poolside bungalow with views of the pool and golf course. This primary bedroom features high ceilings, a king-size bed, and a cozy loveseat. It includes a walk-in closet and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and tub. Plus, you have direct access to the pool area – perfect for an early morning swim.
• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): This room has two queen-size beds under high ceilings, creating an airy atmosphere. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the garden – a lovely spot for your morning coffee. Amenities include air conditioning, a TV, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
• Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): This bedroom is in a private, poolside bungalow and offers two queen-size beds. It features high ceilings, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a TV, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom has a refreshing shower.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests in total, with 1 king bed and 6 queen beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

As our guest, you can enjoy the luxurious facilities at the Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Cap Cana. These include restaurants and bars (additional charges apply), swimming pools, and a Blue Flag-certified beach complete with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and lifeguard services.

Please note that consumption of food and beverages, gratuities, and other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the club. Also, blackout dates may apply, typically during peak travel times or holidays when demand is high.

The estate is located within a private, gated resort. All guests staying at the estate need to be registered with Cap Cana Resort before they arrive. Visitors are welcome but must also be registered with the resort. Please note, the resort may limit access for outside visitors.

• Chef: A Spanish-speaking chef will be available to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the villa. (Note: Groceries are not included.) The chef may stay in a separate living area on the property.
• Housekeeper: A Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and handle towels and linens (usually every 3 days). Please note that personal laundry services are not provided. The housekeeper may stay in a separate living area on the property.
• Villa Manager: An English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager will be available throughout your stay. They will greet you upon arrival, help with check-in, and be your contact for any questions or additional services you may need.

To complete the booking process, a separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed. All villa guests must register with Cap Cana Resort before arrival.
