The space
This incredible villa has 2 floors with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in 8,000 sq. ft. located on the Punta Espada Golf Course (#1 in the Caribbean) with stunning views of hole 11.
Villa layout
This villa combines authentic Dominican architecture with modern amenities for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Whether you’re a golf enthusiast eager to play on a world-class course or simply looking to relax in a tropical paradise, this villa offers the perfect setting.
The indoor formal living and dining area is one open plan with open sides, allowing the warm breeze to flow freely and abundantly through the home!
The living room is very large and bright with plenty of space for friends and family
Please note that there are no walls or AC in this area of the home. Ceiling fans and a palm leaf roof keep this area cool at all times of the day and night. There are nets (weather curtains) that can be pulled down in case of rain.
The spacious and closed kitchen provides ample work space and all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals during your stay. However, there is no need to worry about cooking as a personal chef is included in the rental (groceries not included).
The dining room has large windows overlooking the pool and golf course
The villa has several cozy seating areas as well as a dining area with a dining table that can comfortably seat 8 people.
Step outside to the amazing pool area with a large pool and jacuzzi, as well as a spacious pool deck with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. It has views of the golf course with plants and palm trees providing ample coverage and privacy without obstructing the views.
Next to the pool is a separate bungalow with comfortable air conditioning, a living room with a sitting area, dining table, bar and TV. It is a great place to hang out during the day, play games, read and enjoy quality time.
For your comfort and convenience, the next things are available to you during your stay:

Bedrooms
This villa has 4 bedrooms. There are 7 beds in total, which can accommodate 8 people: 1 king bed and 6 double beds. All rooms have air conditioning.
- Bedroom 1 (downstairs) is in a private pool bungalow overlooking the pool and golf course. It has high ceilings and features 1 king bed, a daybed (love seat), air conditioning, TV, a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with double sinks, shower, and bathtub, and direct access to the pool.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) features 2 queen beds, high ceilings, air conditioning, a TV, a closet, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony overlooking the garden.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) is in a private pool bungalow with 2 queen beds, high ceilings, ceiling fan, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) has 2 queen beds, a desk and chair, high ceilings, air conditioning, a TV, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower.

You will also have access to the exclusive Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Cap Cana (Relais & Chateaux Hotel). The beach club features restaurants and bars ($), swimming pools and a certified blue flag beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and a lifeguard.
Food and drinks, tips and use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club.
Note. Some dates may be unavailable and other restrictions! For example, specific dates on which access to the beach club is not available. These dates are usually during peak travel times or on holidays when demand is high. Check before visiting.
Cap Cana Exclusive Resort
There is currently no resort fee, but fees apply for use of the following resort amenities and facilities:
- Api Beach Club;
- Bike rentals;
- Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Hotel (blackout dates may apply);
- El Dorado Water Park;
- Equestrian Center and Polo Club;
- Golden Bear Tennis Center;
- Juanillo Beach;

Note. Separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash the towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. A housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a manager available during your stay, who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked before arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.
Other things to note
Please note that a separate rental agreement with the house rules must be signed to finalize the reservation. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival.
