The condo offers a great view of the marina. It is comfortable and clean, with everything available as far as linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen ware, TV channels, etc etc. The only 2 things that would have made it better would have been wifi inside condo (not just in hotel lobby several buildings away), and a ceiling fan that works in the bedroom (it is broken and doesn't turn on). Other than that, Ricardo makes it easy and it works!

L'appartement de ricardo est super ! J'ai passer une semaine extraordinaire en république dominicaine avec mon fiancé , ricardo a facilité notre arrivé et depart tardifs , il a mis a notre disposition un chauffeur qui nous a emmener faire les cources , il nous a donner le numero de stephany qui a organisé des activités superbe , je vous conseille a tous de faire une balades en mer avec le chauffeur privé max de la compagnie bebe qui est totalement devoué et a l ecoute !! Les lieux sont geniaux , la plage , les piscines , le services tout est super . la tranquillité et l 'ambiance vacances sont au rendez vous ! La sécurité est assuré a 100% vous conseille vivement l'appartement dd ricardo cest un hote toujours a l ecoute de disponibles !! Merci pour tous ! Thanks for everything ricardo , it was a pleasure for my fiancée and i to stay at your place . We will come back !

Le condo était parfait.tres bien situé et près des piscines.C est tres jolie bien décoré et confortable.Il y a aussi un très beau perron avec 2 chaises longue et mobilier pour prendre nos repas (Website hidden by Airbnb) cuisine est très bien équipé avec du matériel haut de gamme.J ai eu à communiquer avec Ricardo et il m a répond immédiatement.Alors je n ai vraiment que des bons commentaires et j y retournerais avec plaisir.Le site est d une très grande propreté et le personnel toujours à notre service.Sejour de rêve seul bémol pas de plage mais je préfère moi les piscines.

Ricardo and Stephany (his local contact) were great hosts! We enjoyed our stay in Cap Cana very much! After booking with Ricardo, he send me all the information about our stay and the possible activities in the wide area. The apartment is 10 minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us (we have a 2 year old boy). After checking in at the reception, we were positively surprised with a beautiful, clean spacious apartment with the view of the swimming pool. The local contact Stephany helped us a lot with organizing the activities. As we have a little boy, we went to Scape park waterfall safari and to the Dolphin Explorer. We were satisfied with both. The swimming pools are all very nice. The beautiful beaches are very close. We loved the Juanillo Beach! Even though there was a high season, there were not many visitors there. We were told that most of the apartments were private and therefore not always occupied. This was positive for us, as we do not like crowds at the swimming pool or the beaches. The few things that could be better are. The prices for everything are unreasonably high (restaurants, market, activities…). You have to rent a car or pay taxi to go to the market. The food at the restaurants is average or not good (do not go to IL CIELO). You would definitely expect to get more for this money. We advise to rent a car and to cook in the apartment. We experimented with local ingredients a lot and had great time doing this. We all had a GREAT time and we RECOMMEND this host and the apartment. Thanks Ricardo.

Excelente apartamento muy cómodo , el complejo es muy agradable y muy pacífico ideal para descansar pues es muy tranquilo, la playa de Juanillo es muy cerca y el hotel ofrece transporte completamente gratis cada hora

Great time in Cap Cana with awesome views. nice location. Ricardo was welcoming and answered any questions that arose during the stay. the only problem is the picture are not accurate! the main picture pool showing at the Luxurious Studio in Cap Cana is not the one!. everything else was excellent.
