Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is approximately 8 km/5 miles from Cap Cana’s main entrance. Santo Domingo (SDQ) is roughly a 3-hour drive. Two golf touring carts are included with your stay, making it easy to comfortably and efficiently move around Cap Cana.

The Space

A newly refreshed, modern 7-bedroom, 7.5-bath oceanfront estate designed for privacy, comfort, and effortless entertaining. The layout spans two levels and includes a private beach entry, a large resort-style pool, a covered, lit pickleball/basketball court, and a rooftop jacuzzi with sweeping ocean and golf views.

The villa has undergone a significant expansion and full remodel in 2025 and is available for rentals starting January 2026.

You enter through a striking architectural gateway with a floating roof, then follow a palm-lined approach that passes the guest bungalow and private court before opening into the main residence – clean lines, thoughtful design, and a sense of scale that feels immediately calm and intentional.

The main house features a spacious, fully air-conditioned great room with a bar area, dining space, and TV lounge, built for groups who want to be together, without feeling crowded. Everything flows naturally to the outdoor living and dining zones.

The pool is designed for every pace of the day: a shallow wading/toddler area, full-depth swimming, and a dedicated lap lane. From the pool deck, step directly onto your private beach access and enjoy a front-row setting facing the coastline and the Punta Espada golf vistas.

A beachside pavilion adds a true “second living room”: outdoor kitchen, covered dining, lounge seating, and a fire pit—ideal for long dinners and quiet evenings by the water.

The rooftop jacuzzi offers a different mood entirely – sunset views over the ocean and fairways by day, and a stargazing soak at night.

A fully equipped kitchen supports in-villa dining, and your stay includes a private chef to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (Groceries, food and beverages are not included.)

Your pickleball/basketball court is covered and illuminated, so you can play comfortably in daytime shade or under the lights after dark, an amenity that’s rare at this level and perfect for active groups.

The Bedrooms

The estate offers 7 ensuite bedrooms across the main house (4 bedrooms) and a new garden bungalow (3 bedrooms) – ideal for groups who want shared spaces and real privacy. All bedrooms include: air conditioning, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Main House (4 bedrooms)

Upstairs (3 bedrooms – ocean/golf outlook). The Primary Suite, Bedroom 2, and Bedroom 3 share the same balcony.

• Primary Suite: King canopy bed, in-room bathtub, lounge seating + desk, two ensuite bathrooms (both with showers), and a large ocean-facing balcony with views of the lagoon and golf course.
• Bedroom 2: King bed, ensuite with shower, balcony with ocean/lagoon/golf views.
• Bedroom 3: King bed, ensuite with shower, balcony with ocean/lagoon/golf views.

On the ground floor, Bedroom 4 features two Queen beds, a private ensuite bathroom with shower, and a garden view.

Cap Cana Resort

There is currently no general resort fee to enter Cap Cana. However, many resort amenities operate independently and may charge separate pay-per-use fees, including:

• Bike rentals
• Golden Bear Tennis Center
• Padel and pickleball courts (resort facilities)
• El Dorado Water Park

• Water sports, lessons, and activities

Any fees for resort facilities, sports/lessons, restaurants and bars, and activities are not included in the villa rate and are paid separately, subject to availability and the resort’s current pricing/policies.

Villa Staff

Your stay includes a discreet, professional team focused on comfort and ease. Staff may be on-site and may reside in separate, designated living quarters to support service while maintaining guest privacy.

• Private Chef (Spanish-speaking). Prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at the villa. Groceries are not included; items are purchased at your cost and delivered to the home.
• Butler (English & Spanish). Assists with day-to-day service, including serving meals and drinks, setting up, and general support around the villa.
• Housekeeper (Spanish-speaking). Provides routine housekeeping, including making beds and refreshing towels/linens (typically every third day). Personal laundry service is not provided.
