This spacious apartment has over 1700 sq feet and has very nice ocean and marina views. It has 2,5 bathrooms and very nice terrace. Resort has 3 pools to use, 5 restaurants and a minimarket onsite. There is a bigger market 5 minutes away.
All these Cap Cana condos are equipped with virtual keys to open doors. You will need an app in your cellphone and keys will be sent to you.

Great and quick response in the reservation process. Beautiful views all around the apartment, with balconies all around since it is a corner apartment. Very spacious and clean! A few cosmetic changes here and there but over all a great place to stay. Easy access to restaurants. I would recommend this rental to all my friends. Tatiana

Отдыхали с семьей (ребенок 7 лет) с 05.01.17 по 30.01.17. Прекрасные апартаменты. Просторные, чистые, имеется практически всё для комфортного проживания. Единственное на кухне не хватало чайника и сковородки уже пришли в негодность, пришлось купить новую. Так как мы не часто заказывали уборку в номере, нам не хватало сменных полотенец и белья. В остальном все было превосходно. Апартаменты имеют 2 огромные террасы, с которых открываются божественные виды на марину. Апартаменты расположены на территории отеля, кругом есть множество ресторанов и магазинов. Пляж самого отеля маленький, но в 5 минутах езды находится самый красивый пляж Пунта-Каны. От отеля есть трансфер до пляжа, по стоимости не знаю, т к у нас был свой автомобиль. До аэропорта 10 мин езды.

Ricardo es un gran anfitrión y siempre nos dio respuesta clara e inmediata a nuestras inquietudes. El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas, es muy amplio y cómodo para una estadía prolongada. Encontramos todo perfecto a nuestra llegada, el condominio es muy bonito, seguro y con varios servicios a los cuales se puede acceder de forma independiente que hacen tu estadía muy confortable, como son: el minimarket, los restaurantes, piscinas entre otros. Definitivamente volveríamos y lo recomendamos a todo el que le interese.

Recomendado 100% Lindas vistas !!!! Lindo amanecer, solo tengo cosas buenas y lindas que decir, Ricardo es un excelente host, el apartamento es mas lindo y amplio que en en las fotos , viajamos una pareja con 2 adolescentes , 14 y 17 años y la pasamos muy cómodos y alegres el resort es muy lindo , y en Semana Santa tuvieron actividades diferentes cada noche . La playa linda, aconsejo rentar auto o carrito de golf para ir a Juanillo Beach , linda playa , sino igual te llevan por solo $3.00 baratísimo !! Buen precio relación calidad y espacio, viajamos alrededor del mundo todo el año y es de los lugares en que mejor nos la hemos pasado !! Gracias Ricardo por toda tu ayuda en resolver todas mis dudas y sentir que estabas pendiente todo el tiempo !! Recomendado al 100%
