Welcome to the Ocean View Villa! The villa comes with a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping and a villa manager. The villa is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It is located on the Punta Espada Golf Course, overlooking hole 10/17 and the ocean.

During your stay at the villa, you will enjoy a host of exclusive 5-star amenities and access to the best Caribbean amenities, including the Punta Espada Golf Course, stunning beaches, tennis, equestrian center, marina, restaurants, bars and more. The space
This stunning 2 story 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is 9000 sq ft and is located on the Punta Espada Golf Course (#1 in the Caribbean) with stunning views of the 10th, 17th holes and the Caribbean Sea! All rooms except the master suite are located downstairs on the 1st floor (ground floor in the UK).
The style of the villa is very tropical with beautiful woodwork, a traditional Dominican palm roof and high ceilings.
Villa layout
The indoor living, dining area and renovated kitchen are all one open plan (all downstairs) with open sides that allow the warm breeze to flow freely and abundantly through the home!
Note that there are no walls or air conditioning in this area of the house. Ceiling fans and a palm leaf roof keep this area cool at all times of the day and night. There are nets (weather curtains) that can be pulled down in case of rain.
There are several cozy seating areas and a dining table that comfortably seats 8-10 people.
The villa’s terrace has plenty of space for you and your loved ones
The modern kitchen with island provides ample counter space and all the equipment you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. However, no need to worry about cooking as a private chef is included in the rental (groceries not included).
Whether it’s a party or a casual meal, there’s enough room for all your guests!
Step outside to the amazing pool area with a large pool and jacuzzi, as well as a spacious pool deck with lounge chairs and outdoor furniture. Enjoy the views of the golf course and the ocean from here!
The bedrooms:
The villa has 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. A total of 7 beds (sleeps 10). All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans!
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Master suite with 1 king bed, TV, separate living area with 1 queen sofa bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and private furnished balcony with spectacular golf and ocean views.
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs) with 2 queen beds, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and balcony with golf and ocean views.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with 1 king bed, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 2 queen beds, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace.

You will also have access to the exclusive Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Cap Cana (Relais & Chateaux Hotel). The beach club features restaurants and bars ($), swimming pools and a certified blue flag beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and a lifeguard.
Food and drinks, tips and use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club.
Note. Some dates may be unavailable and other restrictions! For example, specific dates on which access to the beach club is not available. These dates are usually during peak travel times or on holidays when demand is high. Check before visiting.
Cap Cana Exclusive Resort
There is currently no resort fee, but fees apply for use of the following resort amenities and facilities:

Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your personal Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may live in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks and meals and generally assists with housekeeping. The butler may live on-site in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking housekeeper cleans the villa, makes the beds, and washes towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may live in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager available to you during your stay who speaks English and Spanish. You will be able to answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked prior to arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Please note that a separate rental agreement with the house rules must be signed to finalize the reservation. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival.
