For those seeking comfort and privacy, VIP services are also available, with therapists providing treatments directly in villas or apartments across Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, and Casa de Campo.

Please note: Prices for services provided at your vacation home are higher than those at the SPA Center. But if your vacation home is located in the Los Corales area, you can enjoy in-home treatments at the same price as in-spa services.

Natural Center Details

• The spa is open daily: Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• For in-home services, a minimum of 4 services is required. This requirement does not apply to the Los Corales area.
• Please inform the spa team of any medical conditions when booking, so we can tailor your treatment safely. We also recommend avoiding alcohol before and after your session for the best results.
• No need to bring anything – robes, towels, and products are provided. Wear comfortable clothes and avoid bringing valuables.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to relax and complete any needed forms before your treatment.

PLEASE NOTE: Each treatment includes two prices: one for in-spa service and one for VIP in-home service. Let us bring the spa directly to your apartment or villa in the following areas: Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Casa de Campo, Cocotal, White Sands, Downtown Punta Cana, and Vista Cana. If your vacation home is located in the Los Corales area, in-home treatments are provided at the in-spa price. We DO NOT provide services at hotels, resorts, or any hotel/resort complexes.
