Beautiful Cozy 2BR Beach Condo

The place made for a great vacation! The place was super nice both inside and out. There was always a guard on duty. The location was great. A few steps from the beach, and very close to markets, and some very good restaurants. If traveling to Punta Cana, I highly recommend staying here!

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une très agréable résidence composée de 3 petits batiments seulement avec piscine, à 30 métres de la plage et à 300 métres de la plaza Turquesa ou l'on trouve des commerces, bars, restaurants, pharmacie... des arrêts de mini-bus et une station de taxis. La résisdence est très calme car elle est de taille humaine. L'appartement, situé au 1ére étage du batiment B, est très confortable, très bien équipé et entretenu. Le chauffe-eau ayant été remplacé, nous n'avons pas connu le problème écrit par les locataires venus le mois précédent. Nous avons particulierement apprécié les qualités humaines et professionnelles de Michaela, gestionnaire de cet appartement  : sa disponibilité et ses promptes réponses à toutes nos questions et demandes, son accueil personalisé, son sens de l'écoute, sa discretion et ses judicieux conseils, sa parfaite organisation de nos transferts aéroport avec Francisco. Cuenta con una ubicación excelente, tuvimos fallas con el internet pero Michaela lo resolvió enseguida. Lo único malo fue que no contamos con agua caliente en la ducha durante nuestra estancia. por lo demás, Michaela fue una anfitriona increíble. Siempre nos ayudó y respondió. 100% lo recomiendo.

Staying in the Airbnb was great, Michaela was very pleasant and the security guards at this location all provided a breath of relaxation. They remained on top of it the entire stay. The only complaint we would have is if we were to come back to possibly have the A/C running before our arrival as it’s not fair to have to blast the A/C to cool down a 80 degree home because you have to pay for A/C upon departure. I do not want to take anything away from this home because it is indeed beautiful and it’s a very relaxing place to stay, it is right on the beach with lots of great restaurants around it! The rooms are beautiful as well.

Michaela is awesome! From check in to check out she made sure we was good! When we arrived she had a map ready to show us the popular spots to visit! The condo is really a nice size, i had a group of 4. The condo is gated and is a few steps right behind a Beach! It was nice and it’s little restaurants behind it. The beds are comfortable! AC is nice and electricity was really cheap the days we were there. We had a rental to view the country whenever we wanted to but you can definitely walk and experience the culture within a few feet. Literally like 10-15min from malls and restaurants and other resorts.

The apartment is super nice and clean and well looked after. Located next to many restaurants and the beach, we had a great time at the property and the host is very friendly!

This is an excellent option of a small apartments close to the beach in Punta Cana. My business partners and myself found it to be a convenient location for nearby meetings at local resorts. Walking distance away is small Grocery and many restaurants. Michela was quite helpful during the stay and arranged several things that otherwise would have been difficult. The host is excellent and adds a lot of value to the property.
