Simple 1BR Beach Sanctuary with Pool & Garden Views

My condo is located on the second foor with pool and garden views. My place is literally 50 metres away from the supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and the buzz of Bavaro. Close to the bars, fruit stands and 5 minute stroll to the beach. Simple and practical… perfect for beach lovers and couples wanting to be out and about
The space
My condo has everything you need. Air conditioning in both the living room and bdroom. Internet thoughout the condo. Cable tv in the living room. Comfortable rocking chairs to kick back with a cockail. A sleeper sofa for those travelling with a child. The kitchen is equipped with stove top, refrigerator, blender, coffee machine and toaster. Thre are pots and pans and anything extra you need please let me know and I’ll glad to assist. The laundry area has a Dominican old style washing machine for small washes and a clothes horse to pop on the balcony for a quick dry. The bathroom has hot water, walk inshower and a hair dryer. All linens and towels are available. There will be drinkable water available, salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper and some soap to start you off.
If you need me to do a quick shop (3 bags) before your arrival I can do this for an additional US$10 plus the cost of your items.

This place was a perfect 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool was also lovely. The apartment complex is gated. You can text message for water delivery on (Hidden by Airbnb) with the number provided on the fridge. There is all kinds of delicious food in walking distance. Overall amazing stay.

El alojamiento de michaela tiene todo lo que se necesita. Apto muy bonito, seguro, cerca a la playa y a restaurantes y super mercados. Muy buena piscina y muy buena la hospitalidad de michaela. Lo recomiendo 100%

El apartamento estuvo muy bien, y pudimos hacer el check-in unas horas antes ya que llegamos muy temprano. Michaela fue muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos en cualquier momento. Recomendable lugar para pasar unas vacaciones donde tomas tours la mayor parte del tiempo/días.
