Our Studio is located in one of the most beautiful streets mixing a relaxing lifestyle and the incredible energy of a Colonial City. In just one block you can see the historical legacy of the first Cathedral of America. Few meters you may also experience the best attraction given by Plaza de España, one of the most romantic sceneries with bistro terraces where diners enjoy an impressive view. At night you may have fun in bars and discos located inside spectaculars mystical theme places.
The space
Our recent designed Studio has all you will need to feel comfortable and experience a magical gateway: a wonderfully cozy and minimalist bed, a complete bathroom designed with the colonial and modern blend, an excellent WIFI system which you may connect without type password, just scanning a QR code with your mobile device’s camera. A very suitable and stylish kitchen with Italian design and next to there is our chic living area that has been dreamed to ignite your emotions and spend memorable moments.
We took care of all the details, since your entrance to the Studio you get in touch with our Yale SmartLock which will be handling your door code synchronized with your booking. The studio has USB outlets to make your stay more pleasant. When it is time to say goodbye, you just push the checkout button next to the exit door to finish the memorable stay Studio, immediately our cleaner personnel will receive the message to cleaning up the Studio.

This is the best place I have ever stayed at in Santo Domingo, and likely the best deal you're going to find in Zona Colonial (I'm Dominican myself so I have a good idea of what you can generally expect to find). The apartment is small but incredibly comfortable, sparkling clean and new, thoughtfully decorated, and in a very pretty, centric, and quiet street. The place feels airy and although it does not have a window it still gets a lot of light through the frosted glass around the door (you can block it out at night with a roll-up blackout screen). The mattress is comfortable and big, and so is the bathroom. And although it is on the ground floor, it feels very private. Judith is a great (super) host and incredibly responsive; she will answer any messages in a matter of minutes and always have a friendly and helpful attitude. You can't go wrong with this place, and you definitely won't find better value in Zona Colonial.

The space was better than expected! Everything I could think of needing was there and more (especially in the kitchenette: ex. panini press :)) The bed was super comfortable as well as the little destinan ares. The space was very organized, clean, and decorated well. I felt like I was the first person to stay there. I was familiar with the location before booking and it did not disappoint (close to restaurants, a grocery store, and night life). Check-in/out were clearly outlined by the hose and it was a breeze. I have already recommended it to friends and will definitely consider staying in Judith’s properties again.

Judith was always paying attention to the details! She made sure my check in and stay went smoothly. Very communicative. Also, the location was more than ideal. A block away from all of the restaurants and the famous Parque Colon. I would enjoy staying here again.
