Welcome to Villa Caleton at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, overlooking the ocean! The villa comes with a private chef, butler, maid and villa manager. The villa is located on the Punta Espada Golf Course, overlooking hole 10/17 and the ocean.

The space
This stunning 2 story villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 7,500 sq. ft. located on the Punta Espada Golf Course (#1 in the Caribbean) with stunning views of the 10th, 17th and the Caribbean Sea!
The style of the villa is very tropical with beautiful woodwork, a traditional Dominican palm roof and high ceilings.
Villa layout
The indoor living, dining and kitchen area is one open plan with open sides that allow the warm breeze to flow freely and abundantly through the home!
Note that there are no walls or air conditioning in this area of the home. Ceiling fans and a palm leaf roof keep this area cool at all times of the day and night. There are nets (weather curtains) that can be pulled down in case of rain. There are several cozy sitting areas and a dining table.
A cozy place to spend time during your stay at the villa
The modern kitchen with island provides ample counter space and all the equipment you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. However, there is no need to worry about cooking as a private chef is included in the rental price (groceries not included).

Step outside to the amazing pool area with a large pool and jacuzzi, as well as a spacious pool deck with lounge chairs and outdoor furniture. Enjoy the views of the golf course and the ocean from here! The outdoor palapa has a dining table and is a great place to enjoy lunch and afternoon snacks by the pool.
The bedrooms:
The villa has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. A total of 6 beds (sleeps 10). All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans!
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Master suite with 1 king bed, TV, sitting area on sofa, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and private balcony with spectacular golf and ocean views.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 2 queen beds, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and balcony with golf and ocean views.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with 2 queen beds, TV, living room sofa, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 1 king bed, TV, sofa, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace.

When staying at the villa, you can enjoy the following villa amenities:

You will also have access to the exclusive Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Cap Cana (Relais & Chateaux Hotel). The beach club features restaurants and bars ($), swimming pools and a certified blue flag beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and a lifeguard.
Food and drinks, tips and use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club.
Note. Some dates may be unavailable and other restrictions! For example, specific dates on which access to the beach club is not available. These dates are usually during peak travel times or on holidays when demand is high. Check before visiting.
Cap Cana Exclusive Resort
There is currently no resort fee, but fees apply for use of the following resort amenities and facilities:
- Api Beach Club;
- Bike rentals;
- Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Hotel (blackout dates may apply);
- El Dorado Water Park;
- Equestrian Center and Polo Club;
- Golden Bear Tennis Center;
- Juanillo Beach;

Note. Separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your personal Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may live in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks and meals and generally assists with housekeeping. The butler may live on-site in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking housekeeper cleans the villa, makes the beds, and washes towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may live in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager available to you during your stay who speaks English and Spanish. You will be able to answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked prior to arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Please note that a separate rental agreement with the house rules must be signed to finalize the reservation. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival.

VIP Inclusivity: When you rent this villa, you will have access to the exclusive Caleton Beach Club at the Eden Roc Cap Cana.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.
