The Space

Located at Punta Espada, the top golf destination in the Caribbean, this villa offers 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a grand master suite with breathtaking views from private balconies.

Designed with a tropical feel, featuring woodwork and palm leaf roofs, the villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a closet, a balcony/terrace, and a pool and jacuzzi (not heated) set in a beautiful garden. The master suite occupies the entire upstairs floor with balconies offering stunning views of the surrounding golf course and ocean.

Enjoy the convenience of two golf carts included with your rental, perfect for getting around the exclusive Cap Cana area. This villa is an exquisite choice for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

Downstairs:

• Natural, inviting decor with a tranquil color scheme
• A palapa-style living and dining area for 10-16 persons allows the cool breeze to enhance your relaxation. Plus, it has screens that can be rolled down, if necessary
• A modern, fully-equipped kitchen – yet cooking is optional since you have a chef (groceries are not included)
• Three well-appointed bedrooms with king and queen beds, ocean views, en-suite bathrooms with double vanity, terraces, and modern comforts
• The fourth bedroom doubles as a TV room and has a sofa bed, TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, terrace, closet, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower.

Villa Staff

Enjoy a carefree stay at our Cap Cana villa, where a team is ready to handle all your needs. Your own chef will cook delicious meals (remember to buy your favorite groceries), while a maid keeps the villa spotless every day. A butler will be around to help you with serving and other tasks.

You’ll also have a villa manager who can arrange anything extra you might want, like trips, restaurant bookings, golf, spa visits, or event tickets. These additional services do cost extra. The villa manager, who speaks English and Spanish, will greet you when you arrive and help throughout your visit.

Pre-Arrival Concierge Services

Our in-house concierge is ready to help you plan your entire stay. You can choose extra services whenever you need them. These services will cost extra and depend on availability – they’re not included in your villa rental:
