The space
Welcome to this spectacular 9,000 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located on the Caribbean’s #1 Punta Espada Golf Course, offering stunning views of holes 11 and 16 and the Caribbean Sea! This tropical haven features exquisite woodwork, a traditional Dominican “Cana” palm roof, and soaring ceilings that exude a truly tropical ambiance.
Villa layout
The villa’s living, dining, and kitchen areas blend seamlessly into one open floor plan, allowing the intimate breeze to flow through the home. Although this area is open-air with no walls or air conditioning, thanks to ceiling fans and a palm roof, it remains cool and comfortable.
Weather curtains can be pulled down in case of rain. Relax in one of several cozy sitting areas or gather around two dining tables that comfortably seat 10.
The covered terrace is ideal for gatherings with friends and family
The TV room, a new addition to the villa, is a tranquil, enclosed space with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and stylish furnishings.
The modern kitchen with island and breakfast bar offers ample counter space and all the equipment you need for culinary adventures. No need to cook, though, as a private chef is included in the rental (groceries not included).

Step outside to the stunning pool area with a plunge pool, Jacuzzi and pool deck with loungers. Here you will enjoy the best views of the golf course and ocean, making every moment unforgettable.
The bedrooms:
The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, including 2 master suites, and a studio (living room). There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning:
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): 1 king bed, ceiling fan, TV, desk and chair, lounge chair with ottoman, closet, en-suite bathroom with double shower and private balcony with golf course and ocean views.
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs): 2 queen beds, ceiling fan, TV, closet, sofa seating area and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs): 2nd master suite with 1 king bed, TV, closet, sofa seating area, large bathroom with shower and bathtub and access to the pool area.
- Bedroom 4 (studio/TV room): With a sofa bed, ceiling fan, TV, sofa and chairs, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the pool.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs): With 2 queen beds, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and large private balcony overlooking the golf course (hole 11).

You will also have access to the exclusive Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Cap Cana (Relais & Chateaux Hotel). The beach club features restaurants and bars ($), swimming pools and a certified blue flag beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and a lifeguard.
Food and drinks, tips and use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club.
Note. Some dates may be unavailable and other restrictions! For example, specific dates on which access to the beach club is not available. These dates are usually during peak travel times or on holidays when demand is high. Check before visiting.
Cap Cana Exclusive Resort
There is currently no resort fee, but fees apply for use of the following resort amenities and facilities:
- Api Beach Club;
- Bike rentals;
- Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Hotel (blackout dates may apply);
- El Dorado Water Park;
- Equestrian Center and Polo Club;
- Golden Bear Tennis Center;
- Juanillo Beach;

Note. Separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your personal Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may live in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks and meals and generally assists with housekeeping. The butler may live on-site in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking housekeeper cleans the villa, makes the beds, and washes towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may live in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager available to you during your stay who speaks English and Spanish. You will be able to answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked prior to arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Please note that a separate rental agreement with the house rules must be signed to finalize the reservation. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.
