The Space

Downstairs

Enter through striking white double doors and step into the elegant living room, which has multiple comfortable seating areas. Open the patio doors and walk out on the covered terrace, where you will find more seating. The large swimming pool has poolside decks, lounge chairs, and views of the lawn and lake.

The villa’s kitchen is a chef’s delight, complemented by including a private cook for meal preparations. (food & beverages are not included)!

You will also find a TV room with comfortable leather sofas with individual reclining seats.

There is one bedroom downstairs with 2 full-sized beds, a private bathroom with shower and double vanity, a closet, a TV, and a private terrace with access to the garden and pool area.

Upstairs

Upstairs, the villa continues to impress with a sumptuous master suite and additional bedrooms.

The master bedroom is a large suite with a King-sized bed, a private bathroom with shower and double vanity, a closet, a TV, and a balcony overlooking the pool, backyard, and lake.

The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a King-sized bed, a private bathroom with shower, TV, walk-in closet, and a balcony overlooking the pool, backyard, and lake.

The 3rd bedroom upstairs has 2 Full sized beds, a private bathroom with shower, TV, closet, and a balcony overlooking the green areas in front of the villa.

The 4th bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a private bathroom with shower, TV, closet, and dresser.

Guests staying at the villa will have a villa manager (concierge) available during their stay. The villa manager will greet guests upon arrival at the villa and is open daily.

Villa Staff

A dedicated villa staff, including a maid and a private cook, ensures that your stay is impeccable, with a villa manager available to assist with any additional services.

Additional fees apply to all extra services. Our villa managers speak English and basic Spanish and will be on the property to greet you when you arrive at the villa. They are available throughout your entire stay.

For those requiring Kosher amenities, this villa is fully certified by Rabbi Shimon Pelman in the Dominican Republic, and ready to cater to all Kosher needs with an additional charge for preparation.

Please note that a supplement of USD 400 per day will be charged to have the villa Kosher ready.
