Welcome to this luxury villa located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This is a brand new 2-story, 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath contemporary villa built in 2022-2023.
Modern style villa with pool and sun loungers
The villa includes a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping, and a villa manager. During your stay, you will enjoy a host of exclusive 5-star amenities and access to the best Caribbean amenities including the Punta Espada Golf Course, stunning beaches, tennis, equestrian center, marina, restaurants, bars, and more. Enjoy an unforgettable Caribbean vacation filled with everything your heart desires!
The space
As you enter the villa, the space welcomes you with double height ceilings, a beautiful open plan living and dining area, and a semi-open kitchen.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Additionally, the villa rental comes with a private chef who will prepare all your meals during your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment of your vacation (food and drinks not included).
Place for dining inside the villa
The common area seamlessly connects you to the terrace and pool. The large terrace spans the width of the villa and features an open kitchen with BBQ, dining area, cozy TV lounge area with 86-inch Smart TV and pool table. Poolside lounge chairs and large umbrellas beckon you to relax by the sparkling pool. The backyard with lawn and lush trees is a great place to play ball.

The living room is bright and spacious
A beautiful staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find a small and cozy sitting area just before the bedrooms.
The villa’s minimalist and clutter-free interior invites you to relax, creating the conditions for a comfortable and unforgettable holiday.
Bedrooms
The villa has 6 bedrooms with 9 beds for 12 people, which is ideal for a family or a group of friends. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 upstairs. Each bedroom has air conditioning.
- Bedroom 1 (downstairs): The master suite features 1 king-size bed, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double shower and access to the terrace and pool.
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs) features 1 king-size bed, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and a small private terrace.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) features 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king-size bed with a comfortable mattress), TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a large balcony that spans the width of the villa overlooking the pool and backyard.
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) features 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king-size bed with a comfortable mattress), TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a large balcony that spans the width of the villa overlooking the pool and backyard.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs) features 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king-size bed with a comfortable mattress), TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and private balcony.
- Bedroom 6 (upstairs) features 1 king bed, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and private balcony.

There is currently no resort fee, but fees apply for use of the following resort amenities and facilities:

Note. Separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash the towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. A housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- An English and Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks and meals and generally assist with housekeeping. The butler may live on-site in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager available during your stay, who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked before arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.
Other things to note
To confirm your booking, you’ll need to sign two things:
- A rental agreement with all the details of your stay.
- A separate document with the house rules for the villa.
Before you arrive, everyone staying in the villa needs to register with Cap Cana Resort. This quick process ensures everyone has access to the resort amenities.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.
