Lake Village is one of the most recent projects within Cocotal. With the highest construction quality performed by the Noval Group, and decorated with very good taste to ensure that each guest has a pleasant and relaxing experience during their stay.
With stunning views to the golf and the large swimming pool, you will enjoy the peace of a quiet and a safe place like Cocotal. Just 1 min away from the main entrance and a 5 min drive to the beach, restaurants and pubs
The space
The apartment has capacity for 4 people.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, balcony, childrens area, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking in the same building.
In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
Guest access
The whole apartments is yours. There is no one else to share with. The swimming pool is shared. The apartment is within the Cocotal, a private gated community with a guarded entrance and a golf course. There is a free car park available at the property.
Guest interaction
We have our own Concierge Team that can arrange any activity even before your arrival so that everything is well planned. Boat Trips (Diving, Fishing, Snorkeling), Adventure days (Zipline, ATVs), Car/bike rentals, Transfers, night shows and more. As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will open a group chat on your favourite app ( (Hidden by Airbnb) , Line, (Hidden by Airbnb) ) and send you all the relevant information to your arrival and stay in Punta Cana. You will be able to join us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any questions you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the property for a fee, where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, (Late check in is also possible for a small extra fee)

- Electricity is charged at 20/unit (kwh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 5-7 USD per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 5USD. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!

Este apartamento es PERFECTAMENTE HERMOSO, súper limpio, acogedor, cómodo, tranquilo y silencioso. La locación es bien céntrica y segura. En cuanto al host, muy dispuesto y amable. Sin duda sería mi primera opción cuando vuelva a unas vacaciones.
