The whole apartments is yours. There is no one else to share with. The swimming pool is shared. The apartment is in Cayena Lodge, inside Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Just a 2 min ride from Cocotal’s main entrance and a 5 min ride the white sandy Bavaro beach. Gated building with private security 24 hours. There is a free car park available at the property.

We have our own Guest Management Team that can arrange any activity even before your arrival so that everything is well planned. Boat Trips (Diving, Fishing, Snorkeling), Adventure days (Zipline, ATVs, Dolphin Show), Car/bike rentals, Transfers, night shows and more. As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the relevant information to your arrival and stay in Punta Cana. You will be able to join us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any questions you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the property for a fee, where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, (Late check in is also possible for a small extra fee)

• Electricity is charged at 20pesos/unit (kwh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one during the check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 3-7 USD per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
