• By scooter. 45 km one way is certainly a lot. This option is not great, but still.
• Public transportation. Public transportation in the Dominican Republic is not so good.
• Tour. It’s about $80-$300. The operator picks you up from your hotel, brings you to the mountain, puts you in a jeep, and takes you to the top. Some tours include lunch. The whole excursion takes about 4-5 hours.
• Rental You don’t depend on anyone. If you arrive early in the morning, there will be no people at all and no queue for swinging. Great options of cars for a rent are available for you.
