Welcome to the Villa located at the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It is located on the La Cana Golf Course (Hacienda). This is a contemporary 2-story, 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom villa in 8,000 sq. ft. with a private backyard, lawn, pool and basketball court. The villa includes a butler, daily housekeeping and a villa manager.

The space
The contemporary design of this villa, combining European elegance with a Caribbean flair, creates a delightful indoor/outdoor living experience. As you walk through the spacious front door, you will be greeted by a warm and cozy tropical atmosphere.
The villa is set around a stunning garden with palm trees and white stone paths creating a serene atmosphere. The open design of the villa flows seamlessly from the main entrance to the spacious terrace, pool and garden. The terrace and garden provide a spacious area perfect for lounging, dining, relaxing and entertaining.
The villa has a bright and very practical interior
Neatly tucked away to one side of the villa, you will find an outdoor basketball court with one hoop. The backyard is a great green oasis with grass, trees and palm trees. If you are traveling with children, this is a great and comfortable place to play.
The living room is a beautiful space with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable sofas, chairs, TV, various books, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The dining area is located right next to the kitchen and features a large dining table where you can enjoy your meal overlooking the pool and backyard. If you prefer to dine al fresco, the villa also has a nice outdoor dining area on the covered terrace.

The modern kitchen with island is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your vacation. You can also hire a professional chef if you don’t want to cook during your vacation ($).

The bedrooms:
The villa has 5 bedrooms including a fantastic master suite with a balcony. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are 9 beds in total – 2 king beds, 3 queen beds and 4 single beds for 10 guests.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Master bedroom with 1 king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and private balcony with pool/backyard/golf course views.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk and chair, closet, and en suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 2 queen beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and en suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 1 queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, en suite bathroom with shower, and private terrace.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs) with 4 single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, table and chairs, and en suite bathroom with shower.

There is currently no resort fee, but separate fees do apply for the use of the following facilities and amenities at the resort:

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.
The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- The Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Pre-arrival concierge services
Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (catamaran, deep-sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa

I absolutely LOVED this home! The staff was welcoming and very helpful with setting up my entire vacation in Punta Cana. I came for a girls trip for my birthday and I loved how the home was open but still private enough for us to all get our alone time and relax. We opted into extra services like the chef and massages at the home and they were both outstanding! The home looks exactly like the photos. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing short of AMAZING !!!! We were a group of 11 . From the moment we booked the villa until we checked out, Janet our Villa coordinator communicated with us effectively . Even when I got stressed she was always there to find ways to accommodate us . Pictures does this house no Justice . It is Absolutely beautiful . From the decor to layout ! Please Book the all inclusive meal package . Our chef Cecilio cooked some amazing dishes !! Even when we went out to eat to a local restaurant we were sad that the food didn’t even compare to our chef ! Melania was the housekeeper . She made sure we had fresh linen and made sure the house was tidy . Irving our butler made us feel like we were kings n queens ! Overall I would definitely book again !! Thank you soooo much for this experience
