When you stay at the villa, you can enjoy the following amenities:

Villa staff

When you stay at the villa, you will have a maid included. The maid comes by daily to clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.

You will also have a personal villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

Smoking is allowed outside the villa on balconies and on the patio.

Pre-arrival concierge services

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the rental price:

• Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
• Rental cars and other transportation
• Spa treatments or in-villa massages
• Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation

Punta Cana is the “tourism capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is most famous for its world-class beaches and championship golf courses. There are also plenty of fun excursions and activities available in the area. The villa is located at the Iberostar Resort, a gated resort with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

The villa is located at Iberostate, a residential area at the Iberostar Bávaro Golf Club, an 18-hole inland golf course designed by P.B. Dye. Both Iberostate and the golf course are located inside the Iberostar Resort, a gated resort with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

The villa is conveniently located about 30-minutes from Punta Cana International Airport and if you want to go off property to explore the local area, the town of Bavaro is nearby and you can easily get around in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).

If you are a golfer staying at the villa, you’ll be in golf heaven! With 10 golf courses located within a 45/60-minute drive from the villa, you’ll have plenty of great courses to choose from. Your 4 “must play” ocean-side courses include La Cana, Corales (host of the U.S. PGA Tour 2018/2019), Teeth of the Dog and the #1 ranked golf course in the Caribbean, Punta Espada.

For non-golfers, the beaches in the area are among the finest you’ll find in the Caribbean and there are plenty of excursions to try during your vacation!

When you’re staying at the villa, you might want to rent a golf cart ($) for easy transportation inside the resort. You might not really need to rent a car, but if you do decide to get a rental car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though they are not always practiced by the locals!
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Chevrolet Tahoe). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
