Welcome to Caleton Duo – two stunning villas! The first villa is a single-story, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with 7,000 sq. ft. of living space, while the second is a stunning 2-story, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with 7,500 sq. ft. of living space. Both villas are located on the Punta Espada Golf Course (#1 in the Caribbean) with stunning views of holes 10, 11, 17 and the Caribbean Sea!

The villas come with a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping and a villa manager. The space
These villas are located next to each other at Cap Cana Resort, a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. It is approx. 9.5 miles from PUJ Airport – just a short drive, and you’ll arrive at the villas! Additionally, you’ll have access to the Eden Roc Beach Club, located approx. 1300 feet from the villas
Villas layouts
- The 1st property is a spectacular 7.500 sq. ft. villa with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms has 2 levels and is located on the Punta Espada golf course with stunning views of holes 10, 17 – and the Caribbean Sea!
- The 2nd one is an incredible 9000 sq. ft ocean view villa with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in 2 levels. It is located in front of the Punta Espada golf course with stunning views of hole 17 and the Caribbean Sea!
These villas are probably 2 of the most stunning vacation rental villas available in this area and offer both luxurious accommodations in one of the most exclusive, gated communities. The style of the villas is very tropical with beautiful woodwork and traditional, Dominican “Cana” palm leaf roofs.
Each villa has 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms and balconies/terraces. Bedrooms located downstairs have terraces, and some also have a walk-out to the garden and swimming pool area. The bedrooms upstairs have balconies that offer stunning views of the surrounding golf course and ocean. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV and ample closet space.

The roof of each villa is a traditional thatched palm leaf roof, and most rooms have high, vaulted ceilings with wooden beams and palm leaf ceilings. Both villas have a fabulous swimming pool and jacuzzi (not heated) with plenty of sunbeds surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The outdoor “palapa” with a dining table, overlooking the pool, golf course, and ocean, is a great place to enjoy casual lunches with your family and friends.
Spend your days playing in the swimming pool, soaking up the sun on the deck or find a cooler spot in the shade. You’ll truly feel at home in these two stunning villas.
Interior of the villas
The exotic interior of the villas invites you to relax in style. The decor is very natural and instantly gives you a warm welcome and makes you feel relaxed. Every room is beautifully decorated in a neutral and soothing color palette. There is nothing in these villas that does not please the eye.
The contemporary kitchens with island offer a good working space with all of the necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals during your vacation – but you don’t have to worry about cooking while you stay at this villa, because you’ll have a personal chef included in the rental (groceries are not included).
Villa in Cap Cana for a big family
Each villa has a spacious living and dining room areas, located in a large palapa that is open on the sides and lets the warm, Caribbean breeze flow through space. There are several cozy sitting areas for you to enjoy as well as large dining tables that seat 8-10 persons comfortably. The palapas have screens that can be rolled down, if necessary.

Outside, you can enjoy your private pool areas at each villa, overlooking the golf course and ocean. You’ll have your own, private swimming pools, Jacuzzis, lounge chairs and outdoor palapas with dining table – the perfect place to enjoy lunch and afternoon snacks by the pool.

The first villa has 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10). All have air conditioning. The second villa has 4 bedrooms – 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs (sleeps 10). All bedrooms in this villa have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

- Bedroom 1 (downstairs): The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace.
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) has 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) has 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs) features 2 queen beds, air conditioning, TV, closet and en suite bathroom with shower.
The second villa:
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Master suite features 1 king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, sitting area on sofa, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with shower and private balcony with impressive golf and ocean views.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) features 2 queen beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, en suite bathroom with shower and balcony with golf and ocean views.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) features 2 queen beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, living area sofa, closet, en suite bathroom with shower and terrace.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) features 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, sofa, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace.

Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks and meals and generally assist with housekeeping. The butler may live on-site in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash the towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. A housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager available during your stay, who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked before arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.
Other things to note
To confirm your booking, you’ll need to sign two things:
- A rental agreement with all the details of your stay.
- A separate document with the house rules for the villa.
Before you arrive, everyone staying in the villa needs to register with Cap Cana Resort. This quick process ensures everyone has access to the resort amenities.
The villas are located in a private gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival. Outside guests are welcome and must be registered with Cap Cana Resort. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.
