This cozy condo is located in a few minutes from the white sandy beaches of Bavaro beach on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic!
This bright and pleasantly furnished ground floor condo has one bedroom and two full bathrooms.
It comes with internet and cable. The kitchen has a microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. It has a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. The condo also is equipped with sun loungers to laze!

The space
Nestled at the end of the pool the condo is in a quiet position within the community. It has internet and cable and is conveniently located on the ground floor. The condo has a bbq on the deck and plenty of shade on the balcony.
Guest interaction
The electricity is charged separately on the date of departure. There will be an actual meter read on arrival and again on departure. The difference between the two readings are the kilowatts consumed. Each kw is RD$15
