The villa includes a maid and a villa manager. When you stay at the villa, you will enjoy exclusive 5-star services and access to the best amenities in the Caribbean, including the oceanfront Corales and La Cana Golf Courses, pristine beaches, restaurants and bars, tennis, equestrian center and much more. The space
The villa has everything for a private luxury vacation. Located just 3 kilometers from PUJ Airport, it offers easy access to the area’s best restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach Punta Cana’s finest beaches. The gated residence features treadmills, a gym, stunning beaches, golf courses, a park with natural lakes, and bicycles. Golf carts are also available for rent.
As you arrive, you’ll notice the villa’s impressive layout with its large two-story structure, surrounded by lush gardens and outdoor spaces. The courtyard features a relaxing area perfect for quiet evenings, while the terrace invites you to unwind by the pool and jacuzzi.
Bright and spacious dining area
This spacious villa offers a total area of 1300 m², including a courtyard with a garden, a terrace with a private pool and jacuzzi, and an external garden area. The villa overlooks the residence’s golf course and a serene pond, offering breathtaking views.
Inside, the villa features 4 bright, spacious bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings and elegant interiors. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor, while one is on the ground floor. Each bedroom has large windows, dressing rooms, and en-suite bathrooms with a jacuzzi.
Large living room with a comfortable sofa
The master bedroom upstairs opens onto a large outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and lake. The second bedroom features a French balcony with views of lush palm trees. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with free high-speed WiFi.
The outdoor space:
The villa’s outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It includes a dining area under a canopy for six people, a BBQ, hammocks, and comfortable seating areas. The large circular pool with a jacuzzi and adjacent deck makes it an ideal spot for sunbathing and socializing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, two refrigerators, and a 5-burner gas stove, complemented by a separate room for a dish set for 20 people.

- Golf cart for 4 passengers, adult and children’s bicycles (available for rent).
- Secure gated community with 24-hour security for privacy and safety.
- Optional maid service and BBQ setup available upon request.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. An additional charge applies for the 11th and 12th guests ($50 per night). Extra beds are not available. Perfect for a peaceful retreat or lively celebrations, the villa offers something for everyone!

There is currently no resort fee, but separate fees do apply for the use of the following facilities and amenities at the resort:

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.
The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- The Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (catamaran, deep-sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
- House bar (cost price of bottles + service charge)
PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
On the arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500 IN CASH, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out.
