Feel free to bring your fluffy friend with you, as this is a pet-friendly apartment, where both of you will be welcomed. This place has access to the common swimming pool and it is just in 2 minutes from the Bávaro beach. There are three beds (2 king-size beds and 1 queen-size bed). An air mattress is provided by request. The apartment can host up to 8 people in total. A fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with BBQ, and a living room with a TV.

The space

The below suggested rules for hospitality were compiled based on input from leading hospitality companies either directly or from their public announcements around the safe, healthy and responsible reopening of hotels to the public. The rules also take into account World Health Organisation (WHO) and the US’ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. The objective is to ensure that rules are in place across all relevant functions with an increased focus on health, safety and social distancing guidance which travellers will need and expect.

  • Developed a COVID-19 prevention plan including an action/checklist for infection prevention and a special cleaning and disinfection plan
  • Implemented protocols and guidelines for staff safety and health, including health checks for staff

This welcoming comfortable condo in not a large building surrounded by tropical vegetation features three bedrooms with two king-size beds and one queen-size bed. An air mattress is provided upon request so that up to 8 people can stay comfortably in the apartment. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The living room has a sofa and a table, as well as a TV. Internet from the best provider in the region. A fully equipped kitchen has everything for cooking. The terrace has a BBQ and enough space to breathe fresh air and enjoy a view over evergreen vegetation.
Attention: there is no elevator, it is necessary to go up the stairs to access the penthouse.
The pet-friendly condo is situated in only a two-minute walking distance from famous Los Corales beach and only a couple of steps away from cafes and restaurants. You do not need to walk a long way to enjoy a delicious breakfast!

We are proud of the unique location of this pet-friendly condo: 2 minutes away from the world-famous Los Corales beach, near cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. This location offers all you need for a comfortable stay!

  • Please, take into account that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA. During your check-in and check-out, we will collect the data together and show you the difference that should be covered. We charge 20 pesos per 1 kilowatt. You pay only for what you consume.
  • Some photos of the apartment in the photo gallery were made by a professional photographer with the professional camera: illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.
  • Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
  • We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
  • We fumigate the apartment regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the apartment: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
  • Excursions, transportation and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
  • Please, mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special event, please, let me know beforehand.
  • Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation are carried out strictly in line with Airbnb policies. Please, make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
  • We provide towels in base of the number of the guests you mentioned in your reservation. Changing of linens and towels is paid extra. If the reservation is longer than 4 days we provide extra set of fresh linens and towels, which we keep in the wardrobe for your use.

Swimming pool rules
Timings: 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.
It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.
Use of a swimming suit is required and it is forbidden to swim with footwear or in inappropriate clothing.
The use of the pool under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
It is not allowed to dive into the pool.
The use of glass cups in the pool area is prohibited.
It is not allowed to be topless in the pool area.
The use of the swimming pool is prohibited to all persons with communicable diseases and/or unhealed wounds.
It is forbidden to reserve sun loungers in the pool area.
There is no lifeguard. You will swim under your responsibility.
In case of emergency please contact a condo security, write me a message immediately and call 911.
For your safety, we ask you to avoid swimming in the pool not during the opening hours due cleaning process.

The condominium is not responsible for objects left or forgotten in beach areas and swimming pools.

Children are not allowed to swim without being under adult supervision

During check-in we kindly ask our guests to pay $300 deposit. During check out, after we checked the difference, we are returning it to the guests.

    Уютный пентхаус, находится в тени, поэтому никогда не жарко. Много растительности вокруг и пара уютных кафе в 2 шагах. Милый интерьер и гостеприимный хозяин. Мне немного не понравилось подниматься по лестнице, но зато бассейн у дома просто шикарен. Новый и большой.

    Vasily and Anna were able to accommodate all our requests and made our vacations and family reunion simply perfect. They were able to provided a crib and a baby chair for my 17 months old daughter. We have booked this house for 2 nights. The house is located 5 minutes from the beach in a very green area. The only main issue we had was with mosquitoes. There are mosquitos nets in the windows but somehow they were everywhere in the house. I realize that this problem is hard to control but since we were staying with a baby I wish to know that when we were booking this house. Thanks, Anna

    I had a good time with my wife in this nice apartment. Had romantic time. It’s so awesome because the ocean is so close. Everything is clean. They clean the beach every week. The apartment we chose was clean. We went to the excursion they offered. The best time ever!
