The villa is located inside the exclusive Cap Cana Resort, one of Punta Cana’s most prestigious gated communities. Here, guests enjoy privacy, 24-hour security, beautiful beaches, and a polished resort lifestyle.
Cap Cana is known for its world-class golf, beach clubs, marina, dining, and outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy Juanillo Beach, Api Beach Club, Punta Espada, Las Iguanas, tennis, paddle courts, Lago Azul, and the equestrian center.
- BlueMall Puntacana and Puntacana Village are also nearby for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
- Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is just a short drive away, which makes arrival and departure easy.
To help you get around Cap Cana with ease, the villa includes two 6-passenger golf touring carts for use throughout your stay.

The Bedrooms
The villa offers 10 comfortable, private bedrooms, making it easy for larger groups to stay together without giving up personal space.
The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and opens directly to the pool terrace. The remaining 9 bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own private balcony.

Total sleeping setup: 5 King beds, 10 Twin beds, and space for up to 20 guests.

Cap Cana Resort
During your stay, you’ll have access to the many amenities and experiences available throughout Cap Cana, including beaches, beach clubs, championship golf, marina dining, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul water activities, the equestrian center, Scape Park, El Dorado Water Park, and more.
There is currently no resort fee. Please note that some clubs, restaurants, sports facilities, and activities may charge separate fees, which are not included in the villa rental.

After booking, our in-house concierge can help arrange a variety of additional services to make your stay as easy and personalized as possible.
Available options may include airport transfers, grocery pre-stocking, meal plans, boat and yacht rentals, excursions, golf arrangements, spa treatments, in-villa massages, and more.
All additional services are subject to availability and charged separately. They are not included in the villa rental.
Guest access
The villa is located within a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival. Outside guests are permitted but must also be registered with Cap Cana Resort in advance. Please note that the resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.

Your stay includes a dedicated team to help everything feel smooth and well taken care of throughout your visit.
- Private chef. Prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa. Groceries are not included.
- Butler. Assists with drinks, meal service, and support around the house.
- Housekeeping. Keeps the villa clean, makes the beds, and refreshes towels and linens, typically every third day. Personal laundry service is not included.
- Villa manager. Available throughout your stay and happy to assist with questions, logistics, or additional services. The villa manager will also welcome you on arrival and handle check-in.
Other things to note
To complete the booking, a separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed. All villa guests must also be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival.
