Welcome to this luxury villa located at the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Situated on the La Cana (Arrecife) Golf Course and within walking distance to the beach, the villa features 6 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms with stunning views of the La Cana Golf Course.

The villa includes a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping and a villa manager. When you stay at the villa, you will enjoy exclusive 5-star services and access to the best amenities in the Caribbean, including the oceanfront Corales and La Cana Golf Courses, pristine beaches, restaurants and bars, tennis, equestrian center and much more. The space
The entrance to the villa has illuminated columns and a wooden bridge with manicured gardens on both sides. This is where the villa staff will greet you. It has many amazing common areas in which to relax.
As you enter the villa, the TV room is on your left; the kitchen is on your right. Walk through the rotunda with a skylight overlooking the upper floor and into the living room on the left and the dining room on the right.
The villa has a bright and very practical interior
The kitchen is fully equipped, and your villa has a private chef who will prepare daily meals (food and drinks not included). Enjoy a delicious meal in the formal dining room or dine outside at the BBQ area right next to the dining room.
Walk through the French double doors and step outside to the pool. The large circular pool has an island with palm trees in the middle, a connecting jacuzzi and an adjacent pool deck. The covered terrace next to the pool is a favorite place to relax during the day, enjoy snacks and drinks by the pool, and easily transform into a pre-dinner cocktail lounge.
Dining room inside the villa
Directly above you are 2 incredible rooftop terraces with a connecting walkway and balcony. The rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy the sunrise or do yoga. The middle balcony offers stunning views of the pool and golf course.

The bedrooms:
The villa has 6 bedrooms, including 2 bungalow bedrooms and 4 bedrooms upstairs. There are 8 beds in total – 4 king beds and 4 queen beds for a total of 12 guests.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Master bedroom with 1 king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, sitting area, large walk-in closet with vanity and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) features 2 queen beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the balcony and roof terraces.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) features 1 king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and Jack & Jill bathroom with shower. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) features 2 queen beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe, Jack & Jill bathroom with shower and direct access to the balcony and roof terraces. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs, garden) features 1 king bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 6 (downstairs, pool suite) features 1 king bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

There is currently no resort fee, but separate fees do apply for the use of the following facilities and amenities at the resort:

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.
The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- The Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
