The space
Are you ready to live your best luxury experience in Bavaro, Cocotal Golf and Country Club?
Our spectacular villa has the best golf corner landscape in the area and you can live in this beautiful paradise where silence and nature are the lords.
The villa is located just across the club house, overlooking the lake and the green and is only a few meters from the golf course, where you will find a common pool area with children’s pool, Bali Bali beds, bars and restaurants.
The beautiful Villa is located in a quiet street and welcomes you through double doors directly into the spacious and bright living room, from which you have direct access to a large patio where is a Smart Tv with cable, BBQ area, private pool and tropical garden.
The living room is the place to relax ; it has a speakers and spacious sofas where you can relax and feel at home. The dining room is set up with a large big dining table with seating for ten people or you can choose to dinner outside on the terrace or make a family barbecue.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and designed to make you feel at ease that you will have all the utensils and if you don’t want to cook , we also provide chef upon request!
Each luxury bedrooms has own bathroom, Walk in closet and A/C.
The villa is conveniently located at the main entrance of Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Across the street from the entrance (within walking distance), you will also find the Palma Real Shopping Village, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars (including Harley Davidson, Dolce Italia, Papa John’s, etc.), a big grocery store ‘LAMA’ and more. Nearest also to the night life; with only 10 minutes driving you can get the characteristic Dominican ‘DRINK POINT’, COCOBONGO SHOW&DISCO and the characteristic Cave’s disco ‘IMAGINE’.

Please, send by the copies of 2 passports of your group members and access cards to gated community will be ready for your check-in. You might be asked for an ID on your first access

The rental price includes 9h maid service, WI_FI, Cable tv! The only additional costs will be the electricity that is charged upon departure based on consumption (1kWt = USD 0,40).
Additional services, which can be provided (subject to availability and extra charges), include:
- Private chef available with an additional daily costs of USD 150 and includes 3 meals preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Grocery apart and normally we charge 20% plus to the total bill for this kind of service.
- Private airport transfers from/to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ)

Amigos esta casa es insuperable, así como la ven en las fotos ES MUCHO MEJOR AHÍ, simplemente hermosa con todas las comodidades, la piscina excelente y súper limpia. Las habitaciones excelentes, los baños súper bien y limpios. Las salas, terrazas, cocinas etc de maravilla TODO. la chef Perla que nos recomendó Gussepe es de lo mejor, delicioso sason. Y Anel es el personaje que estará ahí todo el tiempo cuidándote y respetando tus tiempos sin el la casa no estuviera así de excelente. 1000 % RECOMENDABLE. afuera del fraccionamiento tienes súperlamm ( tienda de conveniencia) y un mall con tiendas buenas y restaurantes ricos.
