The villa includes a private chef, daily housekeeping, and a villa manager. During your stay at the villa, you will enjoy a host of exclusive 5-star services and access to the best amenities in the Caribbean, including the Punta Espada Golf Course, stunning beaches, tennis, equestrian center, marina, restaurants, bars, and more. The space
This single story 5 bedroom 5 bath villa is 7,000 sq ft. and is located on the Punta Espada Golf Course (#1 in the Caribbean) with stunning views of hole 11. The style of the villa is very tropical with beautiful woodwork, a traditional Dominican palm roof and high ceilings.
Villa layout
The indoor living, dining and kitchen area is one open plan with open sides that allow the warm breeze to flow freely and abundantly through the home!
Please note that there are no walls or air conditioning in this area of the house. Ceiling fans and a palm leaf roof keep this area cool at all times of the day and night. There are nets (weather curtains) that can be pulled down in case of rain.

The villa has several cozy sitting areas, a TV area and a dining area with a dining table that seats 10.
The spacious kitchen with breakfast bar provides ample counter space and all the equipment you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. However, there is no need to worry about cooking as a private chef is included in the rental price (groceries not included).
The kitchen is large and spacious
Step outside to the amazing pool area with a large pool and Jacuzzi, as well as a spacious pool deck with loungers and outdoor furniture. It offers the best views of the golf course with plants and palm trees providing ample cover and privacy without obstructing the views.
The bedrooms:
The villa has 5 bedrooms. A total of 8 beds for 10 guests (2 king-size double beds and 6 queen-size double beds). All rooms have air conditioning.
- Bedroom 1 (downstairs): The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower and a terrace.
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) has 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) has 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs) has 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.

Food and drinks, tips and use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club.
Note. Some dates may be unavailable and other restrictions! For example, specific dates on which access to the beach club is not available. These dates are usually during peak travel times or on holidays when demand is high. Check before visiting.
Cap Cana Exclusive Resort
There is currently no resort fee, but fees apply for use of the following resort amenities and facilities:

- Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Hotel (blackout dates may apply);
- El Dorado Water Park;

- Golden Bear Tennis Center;

Note. Separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash the towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. A housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager available during your stay, who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked before arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Please note that a separate rental agreement with the house rules must be signed to finalize the reservation. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival.

We enjoyed our stay at Caleton. There were a couple of issues such as no air conditioning in my room, but it was addressed promptly. There was also the issue of no hot water in my building and that took a little longer to get fixed. Upon arrival no one spoke English and therefore I was a little confused about the information. But overall staff was very nice and we enjoyed our family trip.

We had an amazing vacation and communication from start to finish throughout the booking process was outstanding. I highly recommend this villa, you won'tbe disappointed.
