Spacious Scandinavian-style villa for a group of up to 16 people. At your service a swimming pool, jacuzzi, rooftop terrace, as well as a personal chef and 2 maids!
The space
This gorgeous 8-bedroom villa has 2 levels with a large pool-side terrace, balconies and a rooftop terrace. You can enjoy your private swimming pool & jacuzzi and outdoor dining room – perfect for those tropical dinners with your family & friends. The interior is kept in a contemporary Scandinavian style with all-white furniture, which gives the space a clean and modern feel.
Downstairs
Our villa welcomes you through double front doors straight into the spacious and bright living- and dining room area, from where you have direct access to a large terrace, pool area, and tropical garden.
Huge living room for all your family members and friends
The living and dining rooms are the places to lounge and entertain. This space has a 60-inch flat-screen television with cable TV and large, roomy sofas where you can relax and feel at home. The formal dining room has a large dining table that comfortably seats 16 people. Or, if you want to dine more casually, you can enjoy your meals outside on the screened-in patio.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and designed for a real gourmet chef – included in your villa rental! Your chef is ready to prepare all your meals as requested and planned before your arrival, so you have less to worry about during your vacation. If you want to cook your meals, the chef must be present, as many kitchen items belong to him personally.

Upstairs
On the 2nd level, you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms with a large balcony with furniture where you can sit quietly and enjoy the incredible golf and lake views.
The upstairs area also has an office space with a desk and 3 office chairs located in a small nook in the hallway between the bedrooms. You will also find a pool table here.

The villa has 8 bedrooms – 6 inside the main house and 2 in the guest house. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 5 upstairs.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, desk and chair, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and private balcony with lake and golf course views.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, and private rooftop balcony with lake and golf course views.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and pool access.
- Bedroom 6 (downstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and pool access.
- Bedroom 7 (upstairs, guest house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and private balcony with lake and golf course views.

Once you book the Villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.
The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.

The Villa was a great place for the group to relax and spend time together while also having personal space when needed. Food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. The space was clean, nice and comfortable, very accommodating. A great time had by all 8 occupants in total for a wonderful experience.

Great cleaning staff, and Nelson was amazing. The wifi did not work well at all especially in the bedrooms. The place was beautiful but also could have just been maintained a bit better to prevent leaks and other small things. The only other issue was the food, it was not up to our expected standard. Overall great vacation at a beautiful location with great service.

I have nothing but praise for Anders and the staff! Everything was amazing and exceeded expectations! The villa was beautiful! The staff were the most helpful and friendly staff we have ever met, they made sure we were catered too and helped when ever asked upon to ensure our trip and experience was as good as possible! The food was amazing, location amazing, facilities such as the pool and hot top were cleaned daily! 10/10 and would highly recommend and definitely be going back! Thank You!

This house and staff was nothing short of amazing. The pictures and description of the house on AirBnB are very accurate and you will not be disappointed. What I did not expect was the great staff that came along with the house. The chef made delicious meals, the butler and maids kept the house clean, and our villa coordinator David helped us with whatever we needed. David knew what restaurants to recommend and he was able to coordinate transportation for our entire group whenever we wanted to go somewhere. I highly recommend staying with Anders, we hope to be back!

This house was terrific. We were a group of 11 and the house was perfect. Just like what was described in the listing. Nelson, David, Flor, Jaqueline, and Jose were excellent and very accommodating to our needs. The TV blew a fuze on our second day, they brought in a new one the very next day. The food was amazing as well. I would recommend this house to any group looking to spend some time in Punta Cana.
