The space

Welcome to a stylish two-story villa featuring three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, nestled in the heart of the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Positioned right in front of a small beach and a community pool, it offers immediate access to serene coastal experiences.

Cap Cana is a vast, gated resort and residential community with 24-hour security. Renowned as one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic, it’s a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide and a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix productions.

The resort features amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the finest in the Caribbean, and Api Beach Club at the marina. You can enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanside golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, which is renowned for its excellence.

Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (opened in 2024).

The Property

This luxury villa features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Its beautiful outdoor spaces include a private garden and a plunge pool. The villa boasts brand-new indoor and outdoor furniture!

As you enter through the front door, you’re greeted by a cozy foyer leading to open kitchen, dining, and living areas. These spaces seamlessly flow into one another, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.

The kitchen, complete with an island, gas stovetop, and new appliances, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. You can arrange for a private chef to cook during your stay (additional cost applies).

The dining table comfortably seats eight, and the living room offers ample seating for the whole family.

The living room features spacious sofas and chairs, with natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a shower. This room also boasts a private terrace with an outdoor tub and direct access to the terrace.
• Upstairs, the second bedroom contains two queen-size beds and features high ceilings, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a desk with a chair, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and a shower. A private balcony overlooks the garden.
• The third bedroom is downstairs and has two queen-size beds. It has high ceilings, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a desk with a chair, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a shower.
