The space
Welcome to a stylish two-story villa featuring three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, nestled in the heart of the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Positioned right in front of a small beach and a community pool, it offers immediate access to serene coastal experiences.
Cap Cana is a vast, gated resort and residential community with 24-hour security. Renowned as one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic, it’s a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide and a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix productions.
The Property
This luxury villa features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Its beautiful outdoor spaces include a private garden and a plunge pool. The villa boasts brand-new indoor and outdoor furniture!
As you enter through the front door, you’re greeted by a cozy foyer leading to open kitchen, dining, and living areas. These spaces seamlessly flow into one another, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.
The villa has a large, bright living room
The kitchen, complete with an island, gas stovetop, and new appliances, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. You can arrange for a private chef to cook during your stay (additional cost applies). The dining table comfortably seats eight, and the living room offers ample seating for the whole family.

The living room features spacious sofas and chairs, with natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows. Step out onto the expansive private terrace, which includes a comfortable lounge and TV area with a ceiling fan, an outdoor dining table, a BBQ, sun loungers, and a refreshing plunge pool with a retractable sunroof.
The Bedrooms
This villa offers three elegantly designed bedrooms, each with five beds – one king and four queens – providing comfortable accommodation for up to six guests.
- The primary bedroom is downstairs and includes a king-size bed beneath high ceilings. It offers air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a desk with a chair, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a shower. This room also boasts a private terrace with an outdoor tub and direct access to the terrace.
- Upstairs, the second bedroom contains two queen-size beds and features high ceilings, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a desk with a chair, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and a shower. A private balcony overlooks the garden.
- The third bedroom is downstairs and has two queen-size beds. It has high ceilings, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a desk with a chair, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a shower.
In total, the villa provides comfortable sleeping arrangements with one king bed and four queen beds, suitable for up to six guests.

Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- A Spanish-speaking maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash the towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. A housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a manager available during your stay, who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked before arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.
Other things to note
Please note that a separate rental agreement with the house rules must be signed to finalize the reservation. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival.
Outside guests are welcome and must be registered with Cap Cana Resort. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.
