The Space

This charming golf villa with 4 bedrooms is an ideal choice for multi-generational families seeking the perfect escape from the demands of everyday life. Every room in the villa is equipped with air conditioning, and the bedrooms feature high ceilings adorned with ceiling fans, TVs, and ample closet space.

The villa boasts an open floor plan, where the kitchen, living, and dining areas come together to form the heart of this welcoming abode. This space offers stunning panoramic views through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, which can be easily opened to connect with several outdoor terraces.

The living area offers a variety of seating options, including plush sofas, comfortable chairs, and a TV for entertainment. An indoor dining table comfortably seats 8 guests. If you need a quiet spot to catch up on work or use your laptop, a desk is conveniently placed in the living room.

Casa De Campo Resort Fee

The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:

• Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
• Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
• Kids under 4 years old: free

The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and are never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee, and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members-only golf course).
