The space
This spacious and bright two-story villa features a sunlit living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for six. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area create a sense of openness, light, and elegance.
- Upstairs, you’ll find a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second floor also houses two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, and a shared balcony. These bedrooms share a bathroom, which is also equipped with a shower and toilet.
- A furnished terrace on the second floor offers a lovely view of the residence, perfect for relaxing. The outdoor area features a private pool (2.50 x 5.00 x 1.40 m) where you can cool off in the warm Dominican climate and a veranda with a BBQ area for delightful evenings.
- On the ground floor, there is also a guest toilet and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The property includes two parking spots.
Guest access
You will have complete access to the entire villa, which includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining area, a BBQ area, and a private pool. Additionally, the following amenities will be available:

Guest interaction

The check-in will be done by us or our assistant. We will provide you with all the necessary information one day before your check-in, and give you useful advice about what to do and where to go – you will know everything about the best places to visit.

Other things to note
Please note that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA according to consumption. When you arrive our check-in manager will take a photo of the electricity meter and then calculate the consumption during check-out, everything is transparent, and you’ll have a clear picture of what there is to pay. We charge 22 pesos per 1 kilowatt. There are no extra charges.
On the arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500 IN CASH, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out.
