The space
This is a modern and clean apartment with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Bright and stylish living room features a sofa and a flat screen TV, from where you have access to the patio with a wonderful views.
Well equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools will make your cooking enjoyable. The dining area is perfect for pleasant evenings with your family or friends.
Guest access
The apartment is located in a gated community with 24/7 security where guests have access to the gym, swimming pool with loungers, ping pong room and the famous Jellyfish Beachfront Restaurant. The building has an elevator.
Other things to note
Please, take into account that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA. During your check-in and check-out, we will collect the data together and show you the difference that should be covered. We charge 20 pesos per 1 kilowatt. You pay only for what you consume.
During check-in we kindly ask our guests to pay $400 deposit. During check out, after we checked the difference, we are returning it to the guests.
Neighborhood description
Undoubtedly, the foremost advantage of this apartment is its location near the popular Bavaro Beach, as well as near bars, cafes, restaurants. It is right in the heart of Bavaro!
