It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

Vasiliy’s place was great, one of the best AirBNB experiences we’ve had. What really stood out was his responsiveness before and during our stay. He answered questions quickly and resolved any issues or concerns immediately. The location of the apartment couldn’t be beat, it was directly on the beach and everything needed was within easy walking distance. The check-in was easy and thorough. He was proactive enough to make us feel he was there if we needed home but wasn’t overbearing with his communication. The apartment was clean and well organized, it was stocked with the needed supplies, and had sufficient dining utensils to make cooking and eating a breeze. A few pieces of the furniture were beginning to show some wear but overall our surroundings were comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews the stairs would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues but we found the upper level provided a great view while giving better privacy. We’ll be back.

I had an amazing stay with my girlfriends here. Waking up to the view of the water and beach every day makes it all worth it! There were bugs in the kitchen and some rooms but the host had warned me about them, as it is in a tropical location. The area is perfect for walking around to many restaurants, easy access to the beach, and just always something to see and do.

This place was amazing and well worth the price. We had 4 couples staying there and it felt plenty spacious. The view was incredible. We couldn’t get enough of it. The location was great. You could walk to a few different places to pick up some groceries and there were plenty of options for restaurants. Vasiliy and Nika were great at responding and helping us if we needed anything or had any questions. We used their service to pick us up at the airport and I would highly recommend that because they know how to get to the place, which tended to be a bit tricky. We used Uber to get around everywhere else and that worked out great. The beach was nice and peaceful and there were always plenty of chairs. I would highly recommend this place.

Nadia was amazing, communicating with us during the booking process and throughout the stay, super responsive and helping with anything that we needed. Vadim, the on-site manager, was incredible! Super friendly, quick to respond and always available to help in any way. Can’t beat the location ( located in the Los Corales Neighborhood), best spot on the beach and walkable to a bunch of restaurants, shops ,…. The only improvement would be the kitchen items and accessories could use an upgrade ????. We will definitely return to this unit or any others that Nadia/Vadim manage.

Where do I start? It was incredible, stunning, relaxing, and all around beautiful!! From the start we were met on site and given a tour of the home. The place looks much better than photos and everyone was truly welcoming and amazing. I want to thank Vasiliy for checking in periodically on how our trip was going and making sure we had what we needed and wanted. One of his colleagues by the name of Asya literally set up transportation, staffing and activities when we needed it. We spoke and checked in every day. Thank you Asya! You were so great to us. There is also a housekeeper extraordinaire on site by the name of Sobeida. We told her every day that we loved her because she is the sweetest, most caring person we have come across in our travels. Muchas gracias Sobeida!! You took such great care of us. Finally, a big thank you to our chef Denis for making delicious and healthy meals for us every day. I am coming back. Everything was spectacular. We are so grateful.
