It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

Indeed it's a beautiful apartment and the location is superb. Just feet away from the beach and sand and you're in paradise. Apartment is spacious, has plenty of windows, glass doors with breathtaking views. Overall apartment, was true to description. Day or night time swimming, you're safe due to ever present security so safety is your last worry because it's been taken care of. Restaurants are walking distance with reasonable prices. Lastly, reaching out to Vasiliy with questions or inquiries about excursions was a breeze, always getting a prompt response with fair prices. As a family we were very satisfied with our stay and beats any resort in price and most all, experience.

El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y muy acogedor. Todo funciona a la perfección. Excelente relación calidad-precio. El trato del anfitrión fue de primera, en todo momento estuvo atento y pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Sin lugar a duda volveremos a rentar en otro momento.

Clean, modern accommodations. The location is a 5 minute walk to the beach and, while the immediate area was quieter, this location is a very brief walk to several restaurants, stores, etc.. Front desk staff members were very receptive. The TV/cable did not work during my stay, which I probably would not have used much anyways so oh well. Air conditioning and reliable wifi were a blessing. The rooms and common areas are very clean. Was a wonderful surprise to be greeted in the morning, but not too early, with an in-room breakfast consisting of toast, papaya, coffee, and Tang. I would certainly stay again and do recommend. Great value for the price!

Our stay at the Penthouse was fantastic, we had a party of nine all ranging different ages including a toddler ( 2 year old). The house itself is very spacious and has plenty of space for everyone to pick a corner and enjoy some quiet time. The top floor was perfect for our younger crowd with entertainment and a hot tub. The greatest perks include a five minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to restaurants and small grocery stores. Everything is accessible, it is a central location which is always a must. Vasiliy and his team are great host very accommodating and very responsive to our questions and needs. We always felt well taken care of, he was able to set up our transportation to and from the airport and excursions while we were there. I highly encourage for those visiting NOT to exchange money at the airport and to wait until you get into town. Your money will be exchanged at a higher rate in town. Hopefully you decide to stay at Vasiliy's penthouse! We enjoyed our 9 days! Check out CocoBongo and Park Scape two thumbs up!!

This place is so much better than the photos. Each room has its own en suite bathroom, and two of the three have a private terrace as well. The upstairs bedroom/terrace/bathroom is super private and had luxurious patio couches that were amazing for sunbathing! There is plenty of cold bottled water available at the house, AC in each room, and is within a 2 minute walk to the insanely picturesque beach, 4 minutes from 3 great restaurants and a market, and 1 minute from my favorite juice bar and popcicle stand. The promptness in response from the host was unparalleled. I travel for business frequently and rarely do I get immediate attention when there is an issue. The host and his family are amazing! They arranged my transport and offered to help with tours and excursions too and always had a fair price. All in all, I honestly can't wait to bring my boyfriend back here for a proper vacation to enjoy this house so much more. Stay here.. you will NOT regret it!!!! <3
