I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Nicole Harmon USThe house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. I went on with this team to Saona Island! They were super organized and made sure everything went smoothly, but we did have to wait around for a bit while they picked up some other people. Our guide was really cool and shared some interesting tidbits about the island. We had tons of time to kick back and chill on the beach, plus swim in the warm Caribbean Sea. The staff from the tour company were all super friendly and made sure we had plenty of yummy food and drinks. As a first-time traveler to the Dominican Republic, I had many questions about how to fill out the e-ticket required to enter the country, and I must admit that I felt quite nervous about the process. However, the manager from the company was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through the entire process. They provided me with step-by-step instructions on how to fill out the necessary forms and even offered to assist me over the phone if I encountered any difficulties. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

This place we stayed at - it was seriously awesome and totally worth every penny! We were four couples in our group and we all had plenty of space. And let me tell you, the view was absolutely insane. We just couldn’t get enough of it! The location was perfect too - there were a few grocery stores nearby, and we had plenty of options for eating out. Vasiliy and Nadia were also amazing hosts, always there to help us out whenever we needed it. We even used their airport pickup service, which was clutch because finding the place was a bit of a mission. We mostly used Uber to get around, which was super convenient. And the beach? Well, it was just perfect. Not too crowded, with plenty of chairs to kick back and relax on. Seriously, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an epic vacation spot. Throughout the tour, we visited several places, and each one was more impressive than the last. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. the apartment was on the top floor, five flights of steps but was near restaurants and ships. Our favorite being Canoa right on the beach. It was very walkable to all areas as it was in a residential area. We had more than ten restaurants to choose from, three small local supermarkets and a laundromat. A washing machine is included but who wants to do washing on their holidays? It is a lively area and as we were told many times, Dominicans like to party so we could hear music from local restaurants but it was not too loud and didn't stop any sleep. We had a trip to scape park for Zip Lining and the pick up was very close by. The apartment is spacious and with three kids there were plenty off cozy areas on the rooftop, lounge room or balcony where we could all have our own space. The apartment is in a complex but it is private and modern. The rooftop is unique and we enjoyed spending time up there. The rooftop can flood in the big rainstorm but it was vert quickly attended too and the swimming pool needs a little maintenance but we spent the most of our time at the beach anyway. Great location and thanks to our host for arranging pick up/drop off, car rental and excursions and cleaning and performing minor maintenance very quickly.

Amazing property, 30 seconds from the beach, clean, roof top view was amazing, design was comforting, communication with host was very smooth and his response time was exceptional, the food on the beach was ok but over priced it's better if you take the 5 minute walk into the neighborhood, I recommend a restaurant called CITRUS try the Grouper.....the television in the apartment didn't have a picture source connected to it but I doubt you'd miss the tv anyway.. The pick up provided at the airport adds an upscale personalized touch to the experience...... Every thing is close by supermarkets, restaurants ext.... I would stay here everytime I visit Punta Cana!!

Vasiliy's beautiful and clean flat is the perfect place for holidays in Punta Cana. With the perfect and not so crowded beach just on your doorstep it is easy to relax and enjoy your holiday. Unfortunately we were just passing through and could stay for just one night, but we already look forward to staying there again. Vasiliy could not meet us because he was abroad, instead we were welcomed and shown around by his friendly young associate Alex, who even helped us carry almost all our baggage. Thank you Alex!

This apartment was great, it was a quiet residential area with security guards at certain gates even after dark. there was a security guard pretty much outside our building,since we were so close to the beach, which made my girlfriend and I feel a lot safer. The scenic views that you are blessed with on the roof were amazing. The roof in general was great, great place to have a BBQ or just relax and have a breakfast with your significant other (which I did). The apartment was also private which we liked a lot as well as the key which also made us feel safer. Very spacious, and the decor was unique with a modern touch that we loved, making us wish we had a place that looked like this,for the both of us we loved the bathroom,. The apartment was also in walking distance of a pizza restaurants, and of a nice restaurant on the beach ( which we ate at majority of the time food was great). There were some other restaurants that we didn't get a chance to go to but are also in walking distance. One thing we were really happy about was that there was a little bodega (corner store) for drinks if you wanted that then another 2min walk from there was a smoothie place with an adorable lady who couldn't speak English but made you feel very welcomed, another 1-2 min walk there was 2-3 supermarkets as well as shops that had a variety of things to buy, and to cook for breakfast or quick lunches. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back. P.S. Brought my parents who were staying at a resort to the apartment (which all the resorts are also in walking distance) and they were jealous how free it felt there. They felt as if they were in a compound when in the resort.
