I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. I went on with this team to Saona Island! They were super organized and made sure everything went smoothly, but we did have to wait around for a bit while they picked up some other people. Our guide was really cool and shared some interesting tidbits about the island. We had tons of time to kick back and chill on the beach, plus swim in the warm Caribbean Sea. The staff from the tour company were all super friendly and made sure we had plenty of yummy food and drinks. As a first-time traveler to the Dominican Republic, I had many questions about how to fill out the e-ticket required to enter the country, and I must admit that I felt quite nervous about the process. However, the manager from the company was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through the entire process. They provided me with step-by-step instructions on how to fill out the necessary forms and even offered to assist me over the phone if I encountered any difficulties. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

This place we stayed at - it was seriously awesome and totally worth every penny! We were four couples in our group and we all had plenty of space. And let me tell you, the view was absolutely insane. We just couldn’t get enough of it! The location was perfect too - there were a few grocery stores nearby, and we had plenty of options for eating out. Vasiliy and Nadia were also amazing hosts, always there to help us out whenever we needed it. We even used their airport pickup service, which was clutch because finding the place was a bit of a mission. We mostly used Uber to get around, which was super convenient. And the beach? Well, it was just perfect. Not too crowded, with plenty of chairs to kick back and relax on. Seriously, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an epic vacation spot. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We loved our host and our villa. We had an amazing time the entire trip. When we needed Vasiliy he was there and we truly appreciated that, because we had so many questions. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were spotless and we had all of the necessary supplies to live accordingly. Our host provided us with various options for trips and activities and the prices and tour guides were amazing. I would definitely recommend our host as well as our villa to family and friends!!

This is a great rental! One block away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and market. My friends (Group of 7) and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was worth it compared to staying at a resort. The cost was about the same but the privately and freedom was priceless. Vasiliy communication was superb! Before, during and after. Responded within minutes which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are clean and spacious, the private bar area on the rooftop is amazing. I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for an alternative to a hotel/resort at an affordable cost.

My friends and I only stayed for one night before arriving to our resort. Visit it was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. The place was very nice just as the pictures depicted. His wife even left each of us cute little souvenirs for us! There is also a pool with no time restriction, like many hotels and resorts. It's walking distance to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious, the private bar area was amazing too. We also enjoyed stargazing on the top floor, the view was beautiful. I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a easygoing convenient stay.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! Very true to it's pictures and description. It was located just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and lively bars. My friends and I could not have asked for a better place to spend our Punta Cana vacation at. When we first arrived we had some trouble locating the property, (GPS was leading us to the wrong place), we contacted Vasiliy and he walked us through every step until we arrived to the home. Once we got there we were welcomed with snacks and fresh fruit, as well as a lovely sign. Vasiliy made us feel at home the entire time we were there. He was very helpful in suggesting places to go, and helping us find the right excursions to participate in. Vasiliy's attention to detail is admirable and is really above the standard. I would recommend everyone who wants a worry free vacation experience to stay here. Vasiliy not only took great care of us during our stay, but also had souvenirs for us upon departure. I have stayed at many places around the world including 5 start hotels and resorts but the level of detail placed on our stay at Vasiliy's is unmatched.

Our stay was wonderful! Vasiliy was an excellent host who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. His place was very nice and close to the beach and markets as described. Our group of 7 loved the space! It was great for group gatherings and fully functional.

Vasiliy has been a great host, no doubt! I was initially skeptical about staying in an apartment, and not choosing to stay in a resort, specially with water, mosquito concern. Also as me and my family don't speak Espaniol, I had concerns about communicating with people, and get things done. Vasiliy helped us in every step, was present personally to help us when needed. His apartment is in excellent condition, and matched everything according to description, pics! No mosquito at all, free of charge 24/7 drinking water supply... He responded to texts within minutes if not immediately, even when we needed drinking water at 9 pm. He has 2 excellent managers who are competent, fast to resolve issues. I could write a long essay, but in short, my family was able to enjoy the 4 day stay in a way which we couldn't if we stayed in a resort! We could experience local people and their life to some extent. The place is safe. And we strongly felt it was only possible for the excellent service with personal touch from Vasiliy and his team! I strongly recommend his place to adventurous tourists, and wish Vasiliy all the best!

Over the years, I've stayed in a lot of different places. This experience, for me, is most definitely in the Top Five! Upon making the reservation Vasily was very professional and responded back via email and text right away to our reservation. Couple of days before our reservation Vasily texted me to make sure we had all the information and to ask if we needed transportation from the airport to the apartment. The morning of our reservation he contacted me again to find out if we were on our way and about what time our arrival would be. He suggested once we arrived to meet him at the apartment to go over some details. Vasily was very courteous to our feelings and our time down there. The apartment itself was very clean. The living area was very comfortable, but one of my favorite features was the balcony with the confy rocking chairs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were very spacious. We had a great time and it was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Vasily came back the day of our departure to make sure we had a good experience and also brought some souvenirs for our family, that was extra especial. We would love to come back again soon.
