It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Vasiliy was a great Host, always replied quickly to any questions we had. He did an amazing job w helping us plan our excursions. Our stay at his place was nice, unfortunately our electricity went out for a day but those kind of issues happen in the DR, Vasiliy and his team did their best at fixing the problem but it did make for a sleepless night due to how hot and humid it was during the night time. Our electricity bill did come out to $100 dollars, for 7 days. Wifi was down for a couple of days during our stay. Overall the stay was nice, w a couple of small hiccups (wifi & power outage) Location is spot on, 10 steps from the beach with bars around. I recommend taking a taxi to downtown punta Cana, everything is cheaper and the food is better, other than the Italian pizza spot and ice cream/breakfast place the other restaurants are 1 star to say the least. Punta Cana is not as cheap as I thought... same as American prices for food and drinks, if you want better deals go to downtown.

I truly recommend this place to anyone. It was an incredible stay. It was clean and comfortable , nit to mention very economical. The view from the main bedroom was incredible ! The host is very hospitable and informative, always making sure we had what we needed. I am so happy that my family was able to stay here. I wouldnt have chosen any other place.

This is a truly amazing property that is perfect for groups. It is conveniently located right on the beach and to lots of activities and restaurants in the area. The apartment is exactly as described with amazing views of the ocean and spacious clean rooms with excellent WiFi. Vasiliy and his assistants were very helpful and very responsive to any inquiries at all hours of the day. Their assistance with recommendations and coordinating activities was immensely helpful and made everything a lot more convenient. Will definitely use again in the future. Thanks again for everything

The place is located ona beautiful beach and very close to restaurants. All amenities are easily accessible.The host is very easy to communicate with and offers his help with any questions or issues. Great place for beach vacation...

Awesome apartment and great host! We stayed for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed our stay at Cocotal! Communication with Vasily was always fast and easy, he was always available to help with everything you need. He can also help you with the transfer from the airport and even book excursions(recommended)! Cocotal / Apartment: This is a wonderful, well furnished, airy and clean apartment. Large living room, 2 good bedrooms and a great balcony to sit out and eat, drink or generally relax. You will have access to a nice private swimming pool but you can also enjoy Cocotal main pool. Location is perfect, really close to Palma Real Shopping where you can find good restaurants, supermarket, shops, nightclub. From the apartment it takes 5m walking to the main pool and the main gate of the resort. From the main gate is really easy to find transportation to any beach. I totally recommend renting any propertie with Vasily, you won't regret. Vasily thanks for everything and I'm sure I will return to Punta Cana. Cheers

This location was great. 3 to 5 minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants, market. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Each of the host were gracious, friendly and very responsive. I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved it.
