It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

Property is at a really great location, literally just a couple steps from the beach. There is parking on the premises and you also get to use umbrellas and beach chairs for free, which is awesome. The communication and check-in was very good and the instructions were clear. There are some downsides - the place could have been cleaner, and some things were broken (bathroom window, closet doors). It's also a bit hard to ventilate the place to get rid of the moisture smell, but I guess it's better if you are using the AC. There is also constant noise from I guess water pump which is directly under the window - which you can't close as it is broken. The place is a good value for people who do not aim to spend too much time at the apartment.

When you walk through the grand entrance all you will say is wow! The walkout pool with the waterfall is amazing. It has built in sauna jets for a spa in paradise like feel. The house has a built in surround sound with a Bluetooth receiver by the downstairs bathroom. Our maid, Sobeido, was absolutely the best. She was very attentive and provided excellent service. Make sure you ask for her. All the rooms were clean and come with individual thermostats + a ceiling fan. The master bedroom is your reward. It has a remote controlled curtains. The bed faces the window that leads to the terrace. The only word that comes to mind is tranquillo! The neighborhood was quiet. Just beyond the pool is the golf course. Outstanding stay. Great for a small group or a couples trip. Vasiliy and his team were very responsive. Perfectly located if you want go to restaurants or entertainment. Also you have access to the clubhouse which features a multitude of activities and a full service bar.

Our stay was amazing , it really is right on the doorstep of the beach . Close to plenty of shops and restaurants everything was as expected clean and catering . The hosts were extra helpful and help with booking excursions and giving good recommendations. I’d definitely recommend

We had a wonderful time at this property. The listing was exactly as described and pictured. The host and assistant were very responsive throughout the visit at all times of the day and night. Any problems that we had were taken care of immediately. On-site staff and security were very professional and helpful and very serious about their job. I appreciated the tightness and attentiveness of security. Property is right on the beach and within walking distance to various activities. I'm very glad I booked this property, and I will return.

Amazing home and amazing hosts, woke up to the beach every day and the house was very clean, no complaints. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodated for any of our concerns including excursions. Would definitely recommend!
