It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

The apartment was great. Right on the beach no need for flip flops to get to the water. Rooftop setting was nice for star gazing and BBQ. Highly recommend the restaurant called Wacamole and get the crispy pork guacamole. It's on the road heading to the main gate. I found that using your US dollars to pay for everything worked out better than transferring money into local currency at any of the money exchange places. You get a better conversion rate it was about 45-48 pesos to the dollar. Airport wanted to exchange for 38 pesos for the dollar. Enjoy!

Anna greeted us early at the property and showed us everything. The beautiful 360 views from the roof top. The large rooms, the patio terrace, and the dining room. It was walking distance to amazing restaurants, and walking distance to the beach.

Cons: The apartment is right on the beach. Vasiliy, Alex, and Ana are very nice and accommodative. The host replied promptly. The beach is excellent! The apartment is super safe. Pros: We thought this was the front apartment unit on the picture, actually, it is not the front one. It is the one by the side. The water from all taps was salty, we asked our host, and he said that is normal since the apartment is right on the beach. It was not easy to get used to the salty water for us.

We had a wonderful time at Vasiliy's. The house distribution is very private and confortable. The are is very nice and secure, with a beautiful beach close by the house. They have restaurant were we had our breakfast every morning at couple steps of the house (Delicious home made mermelada). Alex when to get us and drive us to the house, he is very friendly and helpful. Explain very well all we need to know about were was the beach, a good supermarket were to shop, local restaurants and bars, etc... Rooms have air conditioners and the electricity we paid separate however was reasonable.... the beds are extremely confortable, the are is very quiet. Is a perfect place for family vacations. We will definitely comeback to Vasiliy property with our eyes close. If you want to spend a nice vacation in a very nice place, with your family or friends these will be the best place.

Kontakt mit Vaciliy als Gastgeber, die Erreichbarkeit, check in und check out und der Aufenthalt in Vasiliys Haus - alles war PERFEKT ***** Die Anlage, in welcher sich das Haus befindet, ist wunderschön und der schöne Palmen-Strand sehr nah, alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Gefrühstückt haben wir in dem schönen, niedlichen Café Joy, was sich ebenfalls in der Anlage befindet. Alles soooooo schön und wir haben uns wirklich super wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen 🙂 Vielen Dank für alles! Sehr zu empfehlen.

The location of this condo is great. Steps to the beach and walking distance to some great restaurants and fun places. Vasilly was very helpful and responsive. The place does a have a slight odor but not due to cleanliness- the place is very clean. It is from the outdoors. Just suggest you bring an air freshner if you have a sensitive nose. Otherwise it was awesome.
