It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Vasiliy's rental fit our needs very well. It is spacious and its proximity to the beach is unbeatable. His staff was very responsive to our maintenance needs so that was an added plus. My only issue was with the speaker visible in the photos for the rental. It is almost impossible to connect to it using bluetooth or any type of digital cables. I believe it needs a pre-loaded SD card or something like that in order to be used. Therefore I recommend bringing your own speaker if you want to enjoy some music during the little time you will actually be in the rental and not on the beach.

For the price, you absolutely cannot beat the location. The space was clean, and although the pictures are accurate, it wasn't quite as nice as we thought it would be. A few small investments in the property could make this place truly perfect. We really enjoyed the walkability to everything and of course the magnificent beach which was 10 feet from our door. Our most memorable part of the stay was the beach stroll to Jellyfish and the excellent meal we enjoyed there!

Loved the stay. Sad we only got to stay 1 night but I will definitely stay in one of Vasiliy’s properties again when I return to Punta Cana. Communication was excellent, the transportation we booked through Vasiliy was prompt and friendly, space was clean, perfect location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would note for improvement is that I’m a single female and often travel alone. The location of the apartment is in a safe area I feel but I’d still be nervous with the only lock being the one on the door handle. But like I said, I feel like it’s a safe area of town and was never scared for my safety but I had travel partners this trip.

Incredible place, the pictures are amazing and still don’t do the location justice. Breezy and airy with the perfect balcony overlooking the ocean. Great service, very clean apartment, absolutely stunning views. Check in was easy and prompt and we will definitely be back again for a longer stay. Vasiliy and Alex were both very helpful, can’t recommend this place enough.

The location was perfect and Vasiliy, Alex and crew were very responsive to our needs (extra water, transportation). The beach was beautiful and we were close to grocery stores and a number of restaurants. During our visit, we went an a day excursion with a Dominican guy named Chio. He had a small white and blue boat that read ‘glass bottom’ on the sides that he anchored near the apartment most days. We had the most wonderful time with Chio! He took us out snorkeling and to an uninhabited section of the beach where he CLIMBED a palm tree to get us coconuts. He also took us to the natural pool. It was the best $50 I spent all trip. He was a very nice guy. It was arranged through the small company next to this apartment (the orange shirt guys) but if you can work directly with Chio, he’ll make more well deserved money. We actually paid him more than requested bc we wanted to make sure he got a fair deal.

Great condo and building in an amazing locations. Close to delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. Very responsive host with a fantastic team that ensures you are not worrying about anything upon arrival. Friendly locals and safe.

The service and communication was impeccable it was like we were in the same room. The house was exactly like the pictures. Helpful neighbors, a knowledgeable host Alex, a swifty handyman Nico and as promised Superhost Vasilly. The sun tanning deck provides the most beautiful view. I would definitely recommend staying here.
