Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. The island of Saona is worth visiting if you want to see a real tropical paradise. Emotions that we had were inexpressible. Of course there are a lot of tourists, but it makes no sense when you are on that incredible island and enjoy the beauty of the turquoise sea, palms and white sand. If you order a pinacolada drink on the island, you will definitely feel like the heroine of the Bounty advert. There you can taste the best Caribbean cocktail!

What wasn't there to love about this place?! Check in was a breeze. The place was a lot bigger than expected and for such a great price! The location of this place is also perfect. We were literally 10 minutes away from the necessities and tops 30 minutes from extracurricular places. The best part about this place is that it is a private gated community so safety was never a concern.

Wooow I loved it!!! The hourses are beautiful and docile, I spent a nice day with the crew and animals. The instructor answered all my questions that I had about horses and its wild life.

We went in February watching whales in Samana. The excursion was perfect, everything was well organized. The boat was clean, the team was kind, experienced and very polite. We followed a whale mom and a calf for a while watching them diving. It was absolutely unreal.

This is a fabulous beachside condo with stunning views, identical to the pictures on Airbnb. The proximity to multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery stores and a fruit stand made staying locally without a car very reasonable. We requested airport pick up and drop off, and Vasiliy arranged this - we had fabulous chauffeurs and great door-to-door service. Generally speaking the area is relatively quiet and neighbors are respectful. We were there Monday through Friday, and only had an issue with noise Thursday night when a nearby resort was throwing a beach party that lasted until 10pm. Restaurants that we really enjoyed were Wacamole (Taco Tuesday!), Citrus (higher end, delicious seafood), and TOC on the beach - where we had great shrimp tacos. Joy popsicle has delicious popsicles made from local fruits - perfect for an afternoon snack, and I really enjoyed a massage that I got from Spa Natural Center - walking distance from the condo.
