It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Saona island is a charming place with a perfect and virgin nature if I can say this, cause there are too many people who come there. Be aware!!! If you want to make some brilliant photos or selfie and don’t want anybody disturb you, do it while the others are having a meal.

I fell in love with the whales! I had never thought they are so amazing and cute, although they are so enormous. We went to Samana in the beginning of March and this is the high period when you actually can see the whales in Dominican Republic. So that if you would like to have such an experience, plan well your vacation there.

We had an amazing time, beautiful view, right on the beach restaurants around the area, we felt safe. The apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed. vasiliys was so helpful with everything we needed, quick response and helped us plan our trip. Alex was great too. We will come back soon. I swear I thought that to ride zipline was something really scary, but there I saw some teens and ladies getting fun and I cheered up. I give 5 stars because of the adrenaline that I had and a stunning tropical forest view.

We were very pleased with this beach-side apartment. Everything was just as it was described on the website and functioned as needed. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. The town was interesting and provided lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The host provided good recommendations and assistance with booking excursions.

My flight emotions were just crazy! You hover in the air, enjoying the picturesque views, and most importantly, this adventure is 100% safe! As far as I remember, the Scape park has some restrictions either by weight or by waistline... Unfortunately, I cannot say it for sure, but you can contact the Everything punta cana team - they provide absolutely all the necessary information.

We bought this three attractions package. Most of all I was struck by the Blue Hole (Hoyo Azul). It was an unforgettable walk through the jungle, I saw different wild tropical plants, orchids and cacti, but the most stunning was the cave with sweet water! The depth there reaches about 37 meters but because of the incredible crystalline water, it seems that you can reach the bottom with your hand! Such a marvelous place!
