It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. I am addicted to cars and rally. We was here two times, first was past year. We found new cars to choose. And a new road to enjoy! In common , it worth it so much. In comparison with the same in Santo Domingo, the capital, they ate good by the car condition and excellent care about guests

Great place right on the beach! The unit was more than big enough for me and my guest. The roof top was a nice bonus to relax at the start and end my day. What I got for the price of the unit was amazing. The team was also extremely helpful during my stay with getting me a car, helping plan out places to go and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. It was so nice to know I had someone I could reach out to anytime. Highly recommend this place for its size, price and the ease of communication with the owners.

Great zip lines, great staff, clean restrooms, lockers, and a very good lunch between activities. Overall a great experience. A long bus ride from our hotel, but worth it. A full 5 hours of fun. Must do tour if you're in Punta Cana! We had a blast, the staff are all friendly and attentive. The zip line was great, some of the stair climbs can be challenging, if you aren't fit but definitely worth the climb.

This was kind of an "add-on" for our excursion and it ended up being our favorite part! The water is beautiful and you can jump off a platform into it if you'd like.

The 3 hour buggy safari is just amazing, you will drive a 4x4 buggy both on the road and off the road during the trip, you will see some amazing sights including a 45meter tall tree which is famed for making wishes come true! The guides were just superb in every way! They made the day

My wife and I visited Scape Park on our honeymoon. We did the zip line and the blue hole. This was something we could do that we wouldn’t normally take time to do around our home in USA. Our tour guide down to the blue hole and he has a passion for what he does! If you do not get him, you are truly missing out! I highly recommend taking a trip here when you’re looking for some adventure! Wear shoes you feel comfortable walking in and don’t mind getting wet and maybe a little dirty
