The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... I went on with this team to Saona Island! They were super organized and made sure everything went smoothly, but we did have to wait around for a bit while they picked up some other people. Our guide was really cool and shared some interesting tidbits about the island. We had tons of time to kick back and chill on the beach, plus swim in the warm Caribbean Sea. The staff from the tour company were all super friendly and made sure we had plenty of yummy food and drinks. As a first-time traveler to the Dominican Republic, I had many questions about how to fill out the e-ticket required to enter the country, and I must admit that I felt quite nervous about the process. However, the manager from the company was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through the entire process. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

This place we stayed at - it was seriously awesome and totally worth every penny! We were four couples in our group and we all had plenty of space. And let me tell you, the view was absolutely insane. We just couldn’t get enough of it! The location was perfect too - there were a few grocery stores nearby, and we had plenty of options for eating out. Vasiliy and Nadia were also amazing hosts, always there to help us out whenever we needed it. We even used their airport pickup service, which was clutch because finding the place was a bit of a mission. We mostly used Uber to get around, which was super convenient. And the beach? Well, it was just perfect. Not too crowded, with plenty of chairs to kick back and relax on. Seriously, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an epic vacation spot. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

What wasn't there to love about this place?! Check in was a breeze. The place was a lot bigger than expected and for such a great price! The location of this place is also perfect. We were literally 10 minutes away from the necessities and tops 30 minutes from extracurricular places. The best part about this place is that it is a private gated community so safety was never a concern. A couple things to note for this place is that there are two entrances, so make sure when checking in that you go to the gate where there is a roundabout. Also for hot water, there is a switch you have to turn on before getting some. Just make sure that you wait at least 20 minutes or so before showering. When we wanted to do the Isla Saona excursion, they were great in providing us with transportation and setting up the whole thing. Of course, with this being our first time doing excursions outside of a resort, we were not aware of how strict the timing was, so we missed our ride. Luckily, the host was able to help us reschedule it since normally if you miss - you miss. Overall, this place and the hosts were fantastic! Definitely some words of advice... know SOME Spanish to speak to the locals and figure out a way to keep in contact with the host or get directions without wifi.

Adoramos a localização, é o ponto forte aqui! O apartamento precisa de alguns reparos que já informei ao Vasiliy (chuveiro ruim, pequeno vazamento no chão da cozinha, os ventiladores de teto não ventilam bem, pouca iluminação), creio que ele irá resolver a maioria destes problemas. Ainda assim, passamos ótimos dias. A praia é excelente, acordar cedo e assistir o nascer do sol é um show a parte. Restaurantes próximos (alguns dentro do condomínio), mercado e farmácia numa caminhada de 10 minutos, fizemos tudo a pé! No início ficamos um pouco decepcionados pois as fotos não condizem com a realidade atual do apartamento, mas não estragou de forma alguma, pois os pontos fortes prevaleceram: Localização, cadeiras e guarda-sóis sempre disponíveis, toalhas limpas, água mineral e itens básicos de cozinha, etc.

Vasiliy's place is amazing. The living space is large and beautifully furnished, with a kitchen, a living room, three balconies, and three bedrooms. It is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood that's only a minute's walk from the gorgeous, white-sand Bávaro beach. There are tons of great bars and restaurants nearby, all very easily accessible on foot (check out Wacamole!). My friends and I -- all young women -- felt very safe the entire trip. Vasiliy was a wonderful host and responded to inquiries in minutes. I highly recommend this AirBnb. You won't regret it! Thanks again Vasiliy!

Vasiliy's place was nothing short of amazing, everything is exactly as shown in pictures and in a very safe area. The check-in process was smooth and the apartment was very spacious and clean. My family and I had an amazing time and highly recommend Vasiliy's place to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

The location is exactly as it appears in the photos. The little patio outside of the sliding doors is like twenty feet from the beach and the pictures you see of the beach are exactly what you get. It's beautiful right there! We arrived by taxi and our driver and several people he stopped to ask, could not get us (Website hidden by Airbnb) you might want to clarify with Vasiliy as the address alone made no sense to anyone. We eventually got dropped off at Hurricane Cafe because we knew that was nearby. We then grabbed some lunch there and then walked down the beach until we saw our place. Vasiliy had one of his assistant's meet us at the place for check-in, but we were given the wrong # so we couldn't get a hold of him to coordinate a check-in time. We eventually were able to reach Vasiliy and he got in touch with the guy and the guy was great, but it was kind of stressful there for a while. Other than (Website hidden by Airbnb) a pretty cool place. The photos are well representative of the inside as well - it's clean but not fancy. We had a lot of mosquitos but we also had the door open a lot so could have been our own fault. As for the surroundings, you walk up the single street about 1/4 mile or less and there's a market, restaurant and bars - all the food there was great! The ATM is like 3 miles away though and many places only take cash so keep that in mind.

The location couldn't be better, honestly! Right on the sand - and walking distance to a market and restaurants (our favorite was Wacamole!). Watching the sunset from the living room/porch was an absolutely joy - just so, so beautiful. Note: there are a ton of folks (in white shirts) trying to sell you things (goods/excursions, etc.) on the beach right outside of the airbnb. Just send them off with a kind, "no thank you" and continue to ignore until they get the picture. This wasn't a huge problem for us. Other notes: be sure to communicate clearly when you're checking in and checking out! Communication can be a little shoddy - and you want to make sure check-in and check-out are seamless. There were a few complaints about appliances - (an A/C unit that spit on the bed when turned on, the master bathroom shower head not screwed into the wall + a completely clogged drain), which is why this property didn't get five stars from us, but hopefully the property manager fixes them! All in all - a great stay (five stars on location alone!) for the investment.
