The place is great as its a few minutes from everything but gives you the well kept private residence feel. Most of the time you will feel like the whole pool is your own private pool.
****Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am unless we agree otherwise so that there is time to clean the apartment in case there are guests checking in and out the same day.***

Surrounded by nature a few minutes from the famous beaches of Sosua and Cabarete and 20 minutes from the international airport of Puerto Plata on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. A wonderful oasis for your relaxation and your comfort: huge swimming pool, cable TV, air conditioning, your own private high speed internet wi-fi, safe, and mini-market, There is also laundry service, shuttle service, 24 hour security, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace. A short ride from the center of Sosua, with discotheques, casino, great restaurants, nightlife and beaches. There is a shuttle bus on-site that will take you to Sosua centre and from there you can catch a public taxi to Cabarete or Puerto Plata for less than $1 US. Car hire starts at around $40 per day.

loved the place. it was private and quiet. the security on site was very friendly. Mario's place was modernly decorated. Mario helped me arrange transportation and he was extremely responsive to all of my questions. I would definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying the apartment is nicely done and furnished. It is obvious that the owner has invested in renovating his apartment. Kudos to him! The hot water is solar powered, and I wasn't able to get hot water in the shower but I am sure thats my impatience as I am told with solar I have to wait a little while for the hot water in the shower. In any event I liked showering with the cool water (it wasn't cold). The complex is quiet and peaceful, with good security. I would recommend you have a car since its located outside of the main area of town. Wi-fi is strong. The pool was under renovation and I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't aware of that. According to a posted notice it should be done by September. I would recommend this apt.

I absolutely loved my stay at Mario's condo!!! The space was amazing and like he advertised, the humongous swimming pool was like mine only. Mario not only answered my calls about anything I needed to know in the city and surrounding cities, he also gave me valuable information on my next trip to a completely different country. High five Mario!!! You have assured me that if im ever there again, I will not hesitate to book one of your properties. Thanks so much bro!!!
