It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. Our stay at the Penthouse was fantastic, we had a party of nine all ranging different ages including a toddler ( 2 year old). The house itself is very spacious and has plenty of space for everyone to pick a corner and enjoy some quiet time. The top floor was perfect for our younger crowd with entertainment and a hot tub. The greatest perks include a five minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to restaurants and small grocery stores. Everything is accessible, it is a central location which is always a must. Vasiliy and his team are great host very accommodating and very responsive to our questions and needs. We always felt well taken care of, he was able to set up our transportation to and from the airport and excursions while we were there. I highly encourage for those visiting NOT to exchange money at the airport and to wait until you get into town. Your money will be exchanged at a higher rate in town. Hopefully you decide to stay at Vasiliy's penthouse! We enjoyed our 9 days! Check out CocoBongo and Park Scape two thumbs up!!

This place is so much better than the photos. Each room has its own en suite bathroom, and two of the three have a private terrace as well. The upstairs bedroom/terrace/bathroom is super private and had luxurious patio couches that were amazing for sunbathing! There is plenty of cold bottled water available at the house, AC in each room, and is within a 2 minute walk to the insanely picturesque beach, 4 minutes from 3 great restaurants and a market, and 1 minute from my favorite juice bar and popcicle stand. The promptness in response from the host was unparalleled. I travel for business frequently and rarely do I get immediate attention when there is an issue. The host and his family are amazing! They arranged my transport and offered to help with tours and excursions too and always had a fair price. All in all, I honestly can't wait to bring my boyfriend back here for a proper vacation to enjoy this house so much more. Stay here.. you will NOT regret it!!!! <3

Me and 2 friends stayed at Vasiliy's luxury apartment this summer and it was nothing short of excellent. He was extremely hospitable and very clear and helpful in his communication. The apartment itself was lovely, the pictures are a very good representation of the actual set up. The location is second to none, it's in close proximity to a strip of nice restaraunts and bars which were great fun! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone, the professional yet welcoming nature of Vasilily put us at ease and allowed us to really enjoy our stay. He offered advice for the rest of our vacation with excursions and transport. If I could give this 6 stars I would.

Vasiliy's apartment is amazing! There is a breathtaking from the balcony which overlooks the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with water, coffee, and other essentials. There are air conditioners in each bedroom to cool off from the hot sun and humidity. There is also wifi.... and it works great! Not only is the apartment great, but so was the service! Vasiliy was very responsive anytime I would message him. My friends and I stayed at the apartment to host a bachelorette party and Vasiliy and his wife provided balloons and champagne! His assistants are also great. When we first arrived to the apartment, we were worried we would have to bring our bags up 3 flights of stairs. Vasiliy's team brought all of our bags up, gave us a tour of the apartment and told us good places to eat. We were also able to set up airport transfers through Vasiliy which was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. Overall, we had a great experience!

I really enjoyed my stay at Vasiliy's place it was very conveniently located right on the beach we found plenty of great restaurants in the area within walking distance of the apartment. Vasiliy and his staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs responding in a timely fashion when needed
