It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

I loved this, I really did. The idea behind exploring a sunken ship doesn’t seem very fun at first up until you put on a gear and get close and personal. It was an experience I would try over and over again, and to put an icing on a really sweet cake, the food was a joy to behold

I didn’t like the caves as much as I loved the Jungle walk through the virgin bushes of the Jungle, it is particularly interesting to get to see herbs used to cure many ailments in their natural state. The guide was a very patient fellow, as he answered all questions with a smile despite being bogged down by these questions

The Cap Cana tour is honestly something you want to tick off your bucket list, there is just so much here, from the terribly beautiful Juanilo beach to the mouth watering dishes served with lobsters, it’s basically what dreams are made of.

We fell in love with this villa. It is spacious, perfect for a big family. Located near the beach, that is great. There is a pool there and the place is very green. The bedrooms are stylish. when the next time we go to Punta Cana, we will definitely book the villa again.

For me it was the free drinks, for my girlfriend, it was the party itself and the amazing views…Damn! The experience was so complete and sensual. Who would have missed this opportunity to socialize with other couples? Now we can go and get married knowing we have conquered the world.

YaaaaaaaaaaaY! Our Punta Cana experience would not have been complete if we had not seen the performances off the Coco bongo club. Very very crazy night! My girlfriend keeps talking about the dancers and how enchanting the displays were. I give it up to the Coco Bongo

My girlfriend and I and a couple of others had the dirtiest fun driving to Macao Beach in the buggy trip. It was so much fun with the group. It couldn’t be any better. This is recommended for hardcore lovers. 100% fun

My husband loved nature so much, we have a garden of flowers not too far away from the lawn. He would go there every morning as if paying homage. On the bus ride to the amazing Las Ondas cenote, I knew he was happy as he kept telling his friends he chose this experience for himself. I was amazed by what I found too. And his friends, with the way they made reference to the natural existence of Las Ondas cenote, I am sure they are tempted to be like my husband.
