It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. This basket with fresh fruits was striking! We ordered it to our apartment to be delivered on the day of our arrival. The fruit was ripe and sweet. We got real pleasure from exotic fruits. Dominican pineapple is beyond praise! Along with many excursions that are worth visiting in the Dominican Republic, pineapple is a fruit that you must definitely try here!

Needed to see the luscious terrains and spread of greens on the Punta Cana soil, I couldn’t but opt-in for the crazy fun height challenge of parasailing. I had the utmost confidence that I am in with the best team of professionals. I highly recommend this if you like heights.

Touring the Caribbean wouldn’t have been completed I had not made footages of what it feels to be in the Iguabonita Cave. Interesting guides paddling us and a couple of other visitors through the inside of the cave. I particularly learned about herbs. Awesome trip. Just awesome.

It was totally comfortable. We were transported from and back after the experience. The boat was really comfortable, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The team provided us with comfortable snorkeling facilities, so it made the experience even more enjoyable.

We spent our day seeing the lands and the beautiful spread of flowers and the ranch. We really didn’t expect to have such beautiful experience but we did. Awesome. Just Awesome. It was a great addition to the trip.

We had a nice day parasailing, thanks to the darling and experienced team. A group of us went to celebrate my son's 10th birthday; even my 10-year-old boy enjoyed the experience. We had for ourselves a fun, friendly team. We felt very safe and had a nice day. Thanks to the team again.

Right from the pick-up moment at the apartment where we stayed to the Skape park, I knew my son was overly excited about this. I am grateful that the experience turned out well for him. He says he would like to come back. I am sure he must have ridden your horses again in his dreams. The cave expedition was also pretty good. We enjoyed our day so much.
