The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

From the very beginning Host was very communicative. Vasiliy would answer my email quickly. He was very helpful and responsive. As I was coming after the hurricane Irma and Maria scare. Vasiliy was honest and understood my fears about not wanting to go . He assured my that the area of the rental was not affected and that they would be waiting for our arrival. When my party arrived at the penthouse we were greeted by the assistant Igor. His assistant was awesome as well; very friendly and interactive. I was with 5 of my friends on a bachelorette weekend. The place was beautiful at the very top right on the beach! My friends enjoyed themselves loved the views and the comfortableness of the the beds. It was beyond expected. When ever I need assistance Vasiliy and his assistant Igor where there to help me and my friends. Let me give you an example. One of my friends cut her toe on a shell. I emailed Vasiliy and he immediately got back to me with an emergency number. I contacted Igor and he arranged for a driver to come and take me and my friend to the emergency room. The driver stayed and helped translate for us and took us back to the rental quickly and safely. Vasiliy and Igor kept checking on us to see if my friend was okay. I really enjoyed my stay and I high recommend staying here! They are SUPER HOST. Things you should know about the place: -You can't flush anything that does not naturally come out from your body down the toilet. - You have to pay for electricity. To keep cost low unplug things, turn of lights and turn-off ac when not in use. Open windows let breeze in. -Look at weather report. If it rains make sure to close all windows. Water will get in. -No laundry usage on site. - Ask Vasiliy about excursions, restaurants, transportation, etc. He is awesome

Special thank you to Vasiliy and his team for making our 20th wedding anniversary very special. From the beginning before booking all that was promised was delivered. Transportation and excursions were offered and provided to us upon request. Our personal assistant Igor was fantastic and very knowledgeable with recommendations for local dinner and drinks making sure we were (Email hidden by Airbnb) munication was amazing. They speak many languages and communicate via mobile service apps such as Air BNB and (Hidden by Airbnb) . You would have never known that three catagory 5 hurricanes that had major impacts to the Caribbean caused any property damages. All was very clean and immaculate. Vasiliy and his team are extremely efficient. They met and exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend all to book with this reputable team. They made us feel like more than just guests and we are now family. We will be back soon with our entire family and will most definitely stay with Vasiliy.

Unique experience, my best emotions Positive: The best ocean view you can imagine! Tranquil area. You can enjoy yourself and have total privacy. Cleaning: - It was super clean. I am choosy about cleaning. But it was great. – Clean space, clean sheets. Centric location – everything within walking distance. The place – calm, and it’s super comfortable to sleep. The Host, - he took care literally of everything. They have a big team and learning all the time. Negative: street hustlers close to all local restaurants. They are noisy and try to sell anything all the time. Motorcycles – looks like they cannot drive at all I stayed at this lovely apartment with my husband. First of all, Vasiliy helped us to plan all our activities. We were ready and everything was scheduled. I fell in love with this feature. I didn't need to think about these things much. I just wanted to sleep and enjoy the beach, views, and the best food. Yes, I am a foodie! I was worried that the property would be affected by hurricane Maria. But it’s in perfect condition, everything is clean and works properly. The beach is clean and nice. So this part made me happy. It was something above my all expectations! Everything was nice and smooth right from the start. Vasiliy organized our transportation from the airport. We got back to the DR from Atlanta. The trip was exhausting but then we saw the driver with my name on wooden nameplate. It was a super comfortable trip. Vasiliy told us that it’s going to be $4 more expensive than regular transportation. But come on! Great AC with this heat plays a huge role, the driver was well educated. He drove us directly to the point. I had had an unpleasant experience with taxi drivers here before. They have no clue about any local directions! We were met by Vasiliy’s assistant. He showed us how to use hot water, all appliances like coffee machine, AC, TV. Where is the beach, how to ask for beach chairs. Even though it wasn't my first time in the DR. I discovered a lot of new things, about restaurants. We visited Tronco beach restaurant. We booked with Vasiliy Juanillo VIP trip that includes luxury meals and Hoyo azul. Vasiliy strongly recommended to book it. It was the best ever lunch in my life. Hoyo azul was the best eco trip. During our stay there was a minor issue with an AC. I sent a message and voila! A tech guy came and changed batteries in the AC control. The best part is that I enjoyed myself reading my favorite book with a fantastic ocean view. I always imagined this in my dreams. My dreams became reality! Thanks to Vasiliy and his team, they did a great job and exceeded all our expectations.

Located in a well populated area. Pretty much feels like staying at a resort and the beach is a few minutes walking distance. Highly recommended. The host was awesome and accommodating as well as insightful on the local scene.
