It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. Everything was excellent! I enjoyed my stay, and I think to come back here in the future. As I wish I would stay longer here. The place was beautiful and clean. I also liked the location. Very safe, and nice area. I believe it was just a perfect stay for me! Also a big thank you for Vasiliy for always being in touch and being very helpful!

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Punta Cana last weekend. Ana was there to greet us when we got there. The apartment was very spacious and met our expectations. The apartment was right next to the beach and restaurants. We also had free beach chairs to sit out on the beach under a tiki umbrella. We used the air conditioner mostly at night and we only had to pay $16 extra for the weekend. The friendly staff on the beach was able to book our excursion for us and we recommend the boogie excursion that will also take you to the caves and Macau Beach. Thank you Vasiliy for being a great host!

We had a amazing time the place is beautiful and the location is perfect. They helped us book our adventures, gave us tips on where to eat/drink and not to eat/drink plus arranged for two bottles of champagne with fruit to be there when we arrived as my wife and I are celebrating our anniversary. They also surprised us with a hour massage as a gift for our anniversary. We will definitely be coming back

This little gem couldn't be any closer to the beach if it tried. Didn't need to wear shoes for the stay because it was out the front door and onto the beach. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away and the main eating places on the main road are value for money. Great host who responded quickly and helpfully. Guys on the beach made sure we had chairs and an umbrella as soon as we approached and never bothered us too much. I was concerned about the electric being extra but once I knew what we were using I relaxed and found it to be less than 10USD PER day and that was with using the AC when we wanted. Supply of water is a good touch and we had water and towels changed when requested. Could get all we needed from the supermarket on the main street so had no reason to go to the likes of Jumbo which was a bus ride away. Made good use of the private veranda. Would return here no problem.
