It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. I originally booked a 4 bedroom 4 bath condo in the same area and was relocated to this one last minute. Had I had a larger party, this would’ve been a huge inconvenience - however, this unit (3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom)was closer to the shore and our group wound up being small so it worked out. This unit was very well located (for reference , Coco Bongo is 10-15 minutes away) , clean, close to the shore, and the host was very responsive and hospitable. However the hot water did not work and the shower head / overall water pressure was pretty low quality.

The apartment is charming. Enormous windows and panoramic views, much space and enough furniture and useful things. High speed wifi. Vasiliy is very responsive and helpful

Very cool place, perfect for hanging out with friends. The bbq grill on the rooftop is such a nice touch while watching the sunset. There’s also a full service restaurant on the premises which is a plus. The host were also very helpful on bringing us anything we needed. Would highly recommend this place.

I love this place! It’s ideal for spending time with your closest people. So comfortable, romantic. Every time I’m here - I feel like I’m at home. I did not find anything better than this team in the DR. Yes, they don’t offer you all inclusive but they offer you smth better - respect and special approach to each client

i really enjoy the place it is a beautiful penthouse they have everything you see in the picture, best place to go on vacation with the family especialy with little kids it s realy safe place for them they have pool for little kids separate , i found everything that i was looking for in the house the only think that i dont like and i complain about, it s the bed sheets they changed it every 7 days so this is the only thing that i complain about, after that every thing was perfect so thank you to Anna when i text her she respond will quick whatever i ask her for she was always on time thank you for everything guys i enjoy my stay and i will come back again .

Mis amigos y yo la pasamos de maravilla en este lindo apartamento. Está en una zona cuidada y tranquila. Las habitaciones son limpias, con mucha luz y cada una con su aire аcondicionado. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue rápida y efectiva. Creo que nuestra estadía fue inmejorable. Аня и Василий, благодарю от всей души. Привет из Санто Доминго. 🙂
